Location but initially, it was challenging to find it

The location and service are good.
The smelling of the first room was not good. The reception changed the room for me.

Near Tenjin station. Walking distance from Parco, Aeon, Mina, Mitsukoshi. Room is relatively large based on usual Japan room size standards. I can open my luggages with no problem. I like there are sufficient lighting in the room aside from window so there is also natural lighting.
There’s no variation though with the breakfast menu.

No sitting area in reception. Staff not very helpful. Bad for travel with small kids
