Located in South Padre Island, this lovely condo for $358 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to our condo! Unit 204 is perfect for families or small groups. It has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms / 2 baths and sleeps up to 8. Enjoy gorgeous views of the Sapphire’s 100-yard resort-style pool and the pools of sister property Margaritaville, plus the Gulf of Mexico beyond. Views are spectacular from your living room, master bedroom and spacious private balcony. Unit 204 is conveniently located on the second floor of Sapphire's South Tower. Views from the 2nd floor are fabulous, plus you have quick and easy in-and-out access! Our unit has a contemporary feel and includes high ceilings, beautiful cabinetry and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances. There are both Keurig and drip coffee makers for your use. The unit includes a full-sized washer and dryer. Wi-Fi is provided and is strong. No dropped calls and (if needed) work from the condo is a breeze! Smart TV in the living room as well as Smart TVs in the master and both secondary bedrooms allow you to access your accounts on Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. A DVD player is also available for use in the twin bedroom. The master bedroom provides comfortable bedding and a spectacular view. The en-suite master bathroom has a double vanity, large soaking bathtub and large walk-in shower, with a spacious walk-in closet beyond. The second and third bedrooms have 2 Queen beds and 2 twin beds respectively, each with complete closets for easy organization. The second bathroom has a double vanity, large soaking bathtub and large walk-in shower. A separate tub and shower in the second bathroom is an upgrade and will not be found in most other units! Sapphire boasts lushly landscaped grounds, a stunning 100-yard resort style swimming pool and beautifully tiled large hot tub. Other amenities include a full service, resort-style day spa plus Aveda hair salon, fitness center, 24-seat movie theater, and a game room with a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, and pinball. Cabanas by the pool at Sapphire are available to rent for a fee. A beach setup of one umbrella and two chairs is also available to rent for a fee. Free self-parking is available for Vrbo guests in the parking garage or in the uncovered spots in front of Sapphire. A covered porte-cochère at the entrance of Sapphire allows for easy unloading of luggage and groceries, and luggage carts as well as grocery carts are available for use. As guests of Sapphire, you may also enjoy the amenities at Margaritaville Beach Resort next door which includes a heated pool, poolside bar and grill (open seasonally), swim-up bar, full-service restaurant, hot tub and children's pool. Guests must comply with all Sapphire Condominium property rules and regulations. Copies of the rule book are available at Sapphire's front desk upon request. Maximum vacation rental guest capacity is 8. You will be issued wrist bands at check-in. No additional visiting guests of vacation rental guests are allowed during the reservation period. This rule is strictly enforced by Sapphire. Check-in is at 4pm on your arrival date. Check-out is 11am on your departure date. Winter Texans are welcome! There is a built-in 10% discount for stays over 7 nights. For stays 30 days or longer there is no state or local tax. The regular resort fee of $25 per day will be capped at $200 for each month of your stay. Contact us with questions and special rates! During Spring Break and Semana Santa weeks, Sapphire limits rentals ONLY to immediate families (parents with children), where one of the parents is at least 30 years of age. When making a booking, VRBO will collect the State Hotel Occupancy Tax and remit directly to the State. The remaining local sales tax (City of SPI Hotel Occupancy Sales Tax) may need to be collected separately when processing the booking reservation. The rental guest is responsible to pay all applicable sales taxes when completing the booking request and responsible for any changes or updates on future sales taxes caused prior to checking in.

We checked out SPI for first time! Great property, wish we had brought friends with us! Roomy, quiet (this time of year), private, great on-site spa. Great starter pack of laundry and d/w pods. Jacuzzi bath jets didn't work, but after contacting Sam, he was quick to offer a maintenance check/help, which we ultimately declined only because we didn't see it a a necessity. We notified Sam because we wanted him to know that we did not do the damage and thought probably whole tub would need to be removed to fix it. Highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at the Sapphire was incredible in every way! I traveled to SPI with my daughter and a few of her friends for her 16th birthday. The space was perfect and had everything we needed, and then some. Pictures don’t do it justice- it is a stunning condo with so much room.
It was stocked with beach towels, boogie boards, extra blankets and pillows, coffee maker, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, blender- literally everything you’d need is there!
The pool area is stunning. It is a huge pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Very relaxed, quiet setting to enjoy lounging and reading a book. The Margaritaville pool next door is very nice too, and a little livelier for the young girls to use when they wanted a little more excitement. It was so nice to have both options available.
The beach is right off the back of the pool area and is amazing as well.
The staff at Sapphire is wonderful as well.
I had never been to SPI so was unsure of what to expect. Thanks he stay here exceeded my expectation on every way. We will definitely be back. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

The property was more spacious than we had originally thought, which was great for our family of 5. Could have easily accommodated a few more guests! The view was beautiful! Plenty to do and see or simply enjoy the patio and time on the beach. Sand toys for the kids and a few necessities to get us started (which we naturally left behind at home). Thank you for sharing your space with us! We will definitely return to South Padre!

Our stay at the sapphire was absolutely incredible! It was a double birthday celebration for myself and my so and we could not have been happier. Sam was a gracious host and the apartment had everything we could need and then some. Beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards, extra pillows, towels, comfortable beds, kitchen fully stocked with cups, plates, mugs, coffee filters, really everything you could need to use! The pool was clean and huge! We rented two chairs and an umbrella and enjoyed the gorgeous beach with crystal clear water. My kids loved searching for crabs at night and shells during the day. The staff at the sapphire was lovely and helpful. It was also convenient to have the margaritaville restaurant right next door. We are already trying to plan our next visit!

Condo had all we needed and very nice. Lots of towels(beach towels included). We enjoyed ourselves so much. The sapphire pool was amazing and boardwalk to the beach top notch. However, the Sapphire’s umbrella and two chair rental for the day was $44 and they don’t do half days. I recommend you use Sonny's rental for chairs as they have loungers, (Sapphire rental was just chairs) and Sonny's does half days for half price, they are located at Margaritaville next door. Also access to everything at Margaritaville super convenient.

The condo was well furnished tastefully decorated and clean. Great view, comfortable King Bed (I usually miss my bed at home when I go on vacation but not this time), great Wifi, AC and cable/streaming. Would recommend and would stay here again.

My family stayed at this beautiful condo for a long weekend. Everything was very clean, 2nd floor access was easy to get in and out of the large buildings, all appliance worked perfectly, and they even had beach towels and toys for the kids to play with! The owner was very responsive and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

Located on the 2nd floor, easy to use the stairs (going down) and stair door is key locked (can't go up).
Walking distance from the beach. Complex has a nice swimming pool, but as we stayed during 4th of July, pool cabanas and chairs were 'reserved' in the wee hours.

Unit was probably better than the pictures showed. Very well stocked, clean, and in great shape. The hotel next door has been purchased by the Margaritaville company, and is freshly renovated. The shared pool setup was great with kids. Would absolutely stay here again.

The unit was clean, and the owners included games, sand toys, and plenty of utensils and dishes in the kitchen. Sam was great with any questions we had.
The condo is right on the beach, and the pool is beautiful (though not heated), but we had access to Margaritaville’s heated pool. Our weather wasn’t great two days, but we were glad to have a spacious place to stay and hang out with our kids. We used the gym daily too. We’d definitely rent this unit again!

Had a wonderful time at the Sapphire. This condo was perfectly located on the second floor and was a quick walk to the pool and beach. Everyone was very friendly and the whole complex was clean, safe and seemed new and updated. Condo had tons of room even tho it was just two of us staying. The view was awesome and you can enjoy sitting on the balcony in the morning and watching the sun come up over the water. Also liked that the location of the Sapphire was at the end of the island and away from the traffic and busy shopping district but could still walk to shopping easily enough. Very pleased, can’t wait for our next trip back!

It’s the little things! And this condo had it all! Just when I thought I’d forgotten something, I’d find they had it for you there! So much thought goes into preparing this unit for you! It was just perfect and we will definitely be back! Plenty of room for our family and of course that pool! Perfect! Absolutely loved it!

Family Getaway
You cannot go wrong in selecting this condo for your stay at South Padre Island. The unit and complex have everything that you need to make your vacation enjoyable. We enjoyed the convenience of the second floor and did not have to wait long for an elevator. The entire staff was friendly and it was apparent that site security was their primary concern. Great host, Sam equipped the unit nicely and was quick to answer any questions that surfaced. We highly recommend this unit.
