Located directly on the Florida gulf coast, this 2 bedroom/2 bath waterfront condo offers a beautiful ocean view and sunsets with direct access to crescent beach. An added bonus is an expansive view of the Marco Island cityscape, including gorgeous sunrises from the 15th floor of the Sea View West neighborhood. Beach lovers have direct-access to Marco Island’s famous Crescent Beach. Shelling, nature and bird enthusiast alike will fall in love with adjacent Tiger Tail Beach and bird sanctuary. Enjoy three miles of wild beach surrounded by mangroves, migrating shorebirds, nesting turtles and dolphins playing in the ocean waves. For those so inclined, an early morning adventure to Sand Dollar Island, at the tip of Tiger Tail’s lagoon can reward the beachcomber with an abundance of shells and the coveted sand dollar. In warmer months lucky visitors may see our aquatic manatees, or sea cows frolicking in the lagoons and canals.

Condo amenities include a master queen bed with a new 32’ TV with ocean views. Second bedroom has twin beds with a 24” TV.

This is a beautiful condo with the most beautiful location! The owners greeted us and showed us around. They were great people and available if we needed them. They even left us snacks and coffee! We had everything here we were interested in and met new friends. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Our wonderful hosts met us on arrival making for a stress free check-in. They even provided coffee, tea and treats for the following morning.
The condo is beautiful, clean, safe and quiet. We couldn’t ask for anything nicer. Stunning view of the Gulf, warm pool and walking distance to dining.

Beautifully furnished condo in an excellent location. Owners are very kind and provide great communication. This is an ideal place to stay on Marco Island.
