Cheap and well located for the tram. Decent parking and nice staff.
The clue is in the name: "Budget". It's unreasonable to expect too much at this price so it's not fair to comment negatively about the small room, the lack of air con, the moulded plastic stool and tiny table, the very dated and claustrophobic shower and the limited breakfast. It is reasonable to comment though on the choice of decour. Brown (and orange) across walls and ceiling make the already poorly lit room very dark. There is no drinking water available outside of reception hours except from a vending machine which doesn't accept notes or cards and there's no lift!

Bright airy central area. Easy to reach hotel, plenty of parking. Excellent value breakfast. Decoration of hotel and room.
Low light level in bedroom, as older people it was very hard to see things with just one low hanging, low rated light bulb.

Great location for the Le Mans race circuit, plenty of quiet, semi-secure parking, access to restaurant/bar and supermarket just across the road. Helpful staff too!
Bathroom facilities are poor, and the rooms aren’t particularly comfortable, but that’s what you get with this type of property
