The owner of the apartment was super super kind! I was really surprised how friendly and helpful he was. The rooms were clean and everything how expected. You will have a share bathroom (just in case the second room is booked as well). He gave us some breakfast even if it wasn't included! He can't speak English but with a translator we could communicate and understood each other very well. ;) Your car stays very safe in his backyard with some looked door. Can't be safer. You will get a key and can come and go as you wish. Thank you ones again for your hospitality! :)
His place might be not the best choice in case of people with overweight, there is a little stairs to go to the second level up. For us, it was totally fine! He also has a cat, in case of people with allergy. The only point, why I gave 9 of 10: He is smoking, in case you have troubles as a non-smoker, it won't be the right place to stay.
