Al llegar tuvimos que esperar un buen rato a que apareciese el recepcionista. A esto le sumamos que no había aire acondicionado en el hall del hotel y que estaba lleno de mosquitos... Al subir a la habitación nos llevamos una amarga decepción: la estancia no había sido limpiada en muuucho tiempo. Manchas en el sofá, chorretones en la TV, suciedad en el suelo... Pero lo mejor fue abrir la puerta del baño: todas las paredes de cristal y el espejo llenas de cal, manchas amarillas, moho en el lavabo... Y una fuga en el desagüe del lavabo fue la guinda del pastel. Así que después de un día de viaje nos quedamos sin ducha y nos fuimos a dormir ya que era muy tarde para cambiar de hotel.
Al subir a la cama del altillo de la habitación, nos dimos cuenta también de que las sábanas también tenían alguna mancha. Pero bueno, cerramos los ojos y a dormir. Pero el colchón resultó ser viejisimo y de muelles... Con lo que te undias hasta el suelo.
Al día siguiente bajamos a quejarnos a recepción y nos dieron la opción de cambiar de habitación y accedimos a ver alguna. Sin mucha sorpresa, las habitaciones que nos enseñaron estaban igual, así que nos fuimos a otro hotel sin compensación ninguna.
Por tanto, muy a nuestro pesar debido a la buena localización al lado del aeropuerto, no aconsejamos para nada este hotel.

Room was nit that clean - ants all over the floor and the bed sheets were slightly stained.

Good location to the airport and a food swimming pool.
The gym equipment was broken and the room hadn’t been cleaned properly for a while. The bed was also broken.

A room that takes about 10 minutes to find although they give you directions to it. Towels, pillows, bedding and bathroom all in bad condition, with cockroaches greeting you in the latter; it smelled like a sewer. Glad we only stayed there on a stopover.

Good price, nice pool, liked having a couch in the room. We chose it for proximity to the airport, just stayed one night.
Automated communications before arrival were frustrating, because they suggested our reservation might be cancelled if we checked in after 5p. Room only had 1 towel for 2 person booking. Can't get around the property without the room key (which is also needed to power the room), so if you are more than one person, you must leave/return to the room together.

The hotel meets the expectations if you need to stay close to the airport for a 6AM flight. The room is very big actually, although in my personal opinion there´s a lot of wasted space. The receptionist helped us with booking a taxi to the airport, as there is no shuttle.
The bathroom not very comfortable. The room being so big, doesn´t make any sense why the bathroom is so small, and the shower is not separated (not even by a curtain) from the toilet itself. This means the floor will be wet all the time. There´s virtually nothing around the hotel you can go and explore, and no food options available inside so we had to ask for a delivery. Only cash accepted.

The room was quiet, which is what I needed after leaving from the more centralized part of Surabaya. It had two stories with the bedroom being upstairs. The design was distinctive. I slept deeply for five hours, which helped me immensely. The price was also very reasonable--even though I literally booked the room an hour before I arrived there.
The front desk attendant was not there when I arrived. Fortunately, someone knew where he was and went to find him. I was exhausted, so every minute standing there in the empty lobby at 1:15 am was tiring. He seemed unsure of the procedures. I don't think you can pay by credit card. Fortunately, I had enough cash to manage it. When I went to check out in the morning, he was really fast asleep. It required a few, "Good mornings," with slight volume increases each time to rouse him, but I have no real complaints. He looked exhausted too.

The staff was friendly and quite clean.
No amenities, just bath towels and no face towels, no fridge - it is an apartment turn into a room for rent.

Just for one night sleep - no choice but bed is bad and air-condition not very good because it is a small loft. Air conditioning could not reach the bed upstairs. Can feel the bed springs and hear people speaking outside (room was next to the playground). TV channels all only in local language.

The rooms are big and look good
The maitenance in general is bad. It's not clean, I got to my room and the bathrooms and the toilet seat were dirty. I asked to change the room but the other rooms they offered me were the same!

The bedsheets were dirty and it looked like they have not been changed since the previous guests. The towels were dirty too, amd there are hair around the place literally everywhere. I notified the reception, they said housekeeping was not available and offered to change my room. The second room had exactly the same issue, so had the third one. Eventually I took my bag and left the hell place. I requested a refund for my room but they refused. The other couple that travelled with us was too tired to leave and opted to stay anyway but were as disgusted as us. Stay away from this place and opt for the nearby Premier Place Hotel.

The swimming pool was the best thing
Don't pay attention to that Discount they give. This place is barely worth 1/2 price. The room was Not clean at all, hair, dust mold. Gym is like a joke. Nobody can comunicate in English.

Kind receptionist.
Property still under construction, everything feels strange, creepy vibes, bad Wi-Fi - does not work in some rooms, very dirty rooms, halls and bed sheets, no amenities and toiletries, you can not turn off the lights in the room while sleeping, loud AC, no taxi service at the front desk.

Absolutely nothing.
This accommodation was absolutely disgusting. The sheets were stained and had holes in them. The walls were marked and dirty. There was dust and hair hanging from under the stairs. The bathroom smelt of mould and was still all wet when we checked in ( including the minimal stub of toilet paper we were left). The soap dispenser was broken, and our towels were old and worn.
The bed was horrendous,it sounded like we were going to fall through it every time we moved. We had to sleep on top of the comforter so that we didn't get bruises from the springs poking out. The couch was also worn in so deeply that the groove on one side looked like someone was still sitting in it.
I understand that the accommodation was cheap, we didn't have high expectations, but it could have at least been clean.

Staff nice, easy communication via WhatsApp, location close to the airport, cheap.
Bathroom not spotless clean and very small, combined with shower and toilet so all was wet after taking a shower. Only 1 towel for 2 people. No possibility to store luggage. Kids playing in the pool very loudly at 5 AM. Bed not super comfortable. Only 1 key card per room, so if one person leaves, the other one is left in darkness. No hair dryer.

crowded and lack of staffs. it is an apartment complex and change it to OYO hotel without any services like bell boy or someone help us with our luggages. we need to put deposits again for our luggages, another for extra key which they only give one. and also deposit for their room

The bed was really not comfortable because the mattress springs could be felt. Furthermore, but this is a subjective impression, the sterile atmosphere in the building and it's huge size made us sad.

The room was incredibly dirty.blankets and tovels were dirty and the whole room, even if the furnitures were new and nice, was in a very bad state. Like no one cleans it for the last 3 months. We asked to change the room and only after a debate we managed to get a new one..it was as dirty as the first one.

The room was spacious and had a lot of potential. it was also conveniently located by the airport. The lobby offered a good choice of food and drink and the shop adjacent was also helpful. The reception being 24hr was also good! if the room had been clean to a normal standard, this would have been an amazing place!
we really didn’t mind the general wear and tear but the room had not been cleaned well at all, hairs, dust, spider webs, layers of lime scale and stained bed linen really made it impossible to feel comfortable. In addition, it was pretty hot despite the air-con being on.
