Situated in Indian Wells, this attractive villa for $150 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. An airy and bright upstairs two bedroom, two bathroom Legacy Villas lock-off in the back of the community. The living/dining area features a sectional sofa, wall-mounted flat screen TV and a dining table seating for five. Guests can easily interact across the open floor plan from both the living/dining area and kitchen. The kitchen features all major appliances including a gas range/oven, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. It also flatware, dishware and cookware making meal preparation easy for guests during their stay. A private balcony sits off the living/dining area. Enjoy gorgeous mountain views from the balcony as you bask in the warm desert sun. The master bedroom sits at the opposite end of the unit from the living/dining area. It has a king bed, dresser, TV, closet and wet bar. The en-suite master bathroom has a single vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower and toilet. There is also a second entrance directly into the master bedroom which has a small desk available for guest use. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, TV and closet. The guest bedroom also has a queen Aero Bed that can be used in the guest bedroom or living room providing accommodations for up to 6. The guest bathroom sits across the hall from the guest bedroom. It has a single vanity, combination tub/shower and toilet. There is a stacked washer/dryer in a hall closet and a single car detached garage in the parking lot below the unit. The property is a perfect place for a family getaway to enjoy the wonderful surrounds of both Legacy Villas and the greater Coachella Valley. The unit can be combined with the attached studio unit (LV025) to provide a spacious 3 bedroom with two master suites (subject to availability). The vacation villa is located at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. Legacy Villas is a community of 280 resort condominiums and town homes. The community is nestled in a mountain cove on the western side of La Quinta with views of the Santa Rosa and Chocolate mountains throughout the property. Enjoy 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs, a fitness center and a community clubhouse and barbecue. Legacy Villas is a gated community with 24 hour manned security. The community is a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and only a short drive from Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Indio Polo Grounds and numerous other desert attractions. La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's Desert Classic is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. Legacy Villas is a beautiful community with well kept grounds and spacious units. There is a bit of deferred maintenance in the unit itself but it is still very nice.

Everything was fine except the living room tv didn't work, only the master bedroom tv was in proper working condition. When I reached out to the rental company, they responded on the morning of our departure. Too late. Also, requiring a $60 fee for a late-checkout request is price-gouging. We stay at Legacy many times a year but I won't return to this unit.

Convenient location easy to get to Palm Desert shopping or PGA West golf. Bathroom #2 was small with limited sink counter space. King size mattress was in main bedroom could be better.

We stayed for 5 days for Spring Break w/ the kids and my parents. It is great location right next to the Satellite Pool which is my favorite because it is quiet and less crowded than the main pool. The villa was very clean, well stocked with towels, extra toilet paper, cleaning products, etc. Will definitely stay again. Thank you

Loved the location next to the mountains and the numerous swimming pools to choose from. The unit is nice sized with a great layout. Personally I am bugged that with all the extra fees they don't provide you with enough basics, such as TP, to last you for a two week stay. Individually run places seem to have a different attitude about their clients.

This VRBO is located in a very nice community up against the wilderness edge in La Quinta. Very private and well maintained. The unit was very comfortable and had everything needed for a nice stay. The added bonus of this rental was the grounds - many nice walks around the community, and various pools to use.
