Enjoy living in this beautifully decorated patio apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, all tile bathroom, small sitting and eating area and separate bedroom space within the studio apartment. The patio Patio apartment features two six foot patio sliding doors leading to a fenced sitting space. Blackout curtains are perfect for sleeping any time of the day. Patio Apartment is perfectly located, less than 3 miles from both the 490 and 590 entrances. You can easily reach local hospitals and each of these suburb towns within 10-15 minutes: E. Rochester, Perinton, Fairport, Webster, Penfield, Pittsford, Brighton, Irondequoit. We are minutes from both St. John Fisher and Nazareth College. Henrietta is just 12-20 minutes away.

This is best alternative to a motel you can imagine. Small, snug and fully outfitted. It is twice the size of a motel room with all the amenities required for self-sufficiency; toaster, coffee maker, dishes, refrigerator, microwave, silverware... even some herbs and spices, evoo, and coffee in the cupboard. Could not have wished for more comfort.

One of the best over all stays I have had. I travel around for work and have stayed many places. I even had to cancel one month short and should not have gotten a refund but Mary is willing to work with me if it is rented and try to get me some of my refund back. ( :
