Kitchenette (full-size fridge, 4-burner cooktop, microwave), bathroom and a queen size Leesa Bed , futon for up to 3 guests. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Security cameras onsite. Easy access to I-49 and 2.4 miles to downtown and trail system. Walmart is 6 minutes away. Covered deck or locked shed for securing bikes. No pets allowed. ( Exception for service animals) . Please NO BIKES IN ROOM.

The property is located in the heart of accessibility of various trails. It best suited for family of 3 or solo vacationers. It match an accurate description from website. The usb charging station would be helpful but not necessary.

This was a great location for us to come and go while visiting with Bentonville family over Thanksgiving! Mark was so attentive and ready to assist with any needs that came up, but all our needs were already met! Great to have chilled bottled water and a basket of snacks along with coffee for that early morning boost of caffeine!

Wilma and Mark are gracious hosts, concerned about your comfort. The property is minutes from downtown, the museums and I-49. The studio is stocked with all the amenities you need. It’s attached to the house (previously a mother-in-law’s space) but you have your own private entrance. We were totally comfortable and pleased with our stay here.

My husband and I made a quick trip to Bentonville for one night / day and had a great time. The host was wonderful and recommended several places to eat and preferences for outdoor lighting and other details. Quiet, convenient location. Clean and comfortable accommodations. I personally appreciated the teas available after a long day of riding. Will definitely stay here again.

Place was perfect for my quick weekend to see my kids in Fayetteville. The hosts were quick to respond and very friendly. They wanted to make sure I had everything I needed. They had a great little basket of snacks that I dove into as I had the munchies of course. Thanks for the Reeses Cups!!! They even left me a free Queso and chips coupon for a local restaurant that came in handy. I will for sure be back!!!

Our hosts we GREAT! They are very attentive and so very willing to help. They water and snacks were welcomed. Their recommendations for restaurants and things to do were very valuable. We enjoyed just visiting and getting to know them, too. They are really good people! They even shared some of the produce from their garden, so kind! The location is great and very close to things to do. I highly recommend this property.

Mark and Wilma’s guest suite is lovely. It was private, super clean, in a lovely neighborhood and a very quick drive to downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges. I highly recommend their guest suite.

Suite was wonderful- very clean with everything I needed, and the bed was SO comfortable. Area was very quiet, yard was beautiful-hosts went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. Thank you Mark and Wilma for everything: Leaving an umbrella for me when I arrived in a downpour. Supplying all the snacks, ice cream and coffee. Having the grill ready for our BBQ, and helping us with the seasoning and cooking. Supplying the board games. Trip was very relaxing, and I hope to return on my next trip. Thanks again!

Loved my trip to Bentonville! Mark and Wilma were very welcoming, and the cottage is immaculate and well-stocked with towels, blankets, soap, coffee, tea, even snacks. The bed is very comfy. I was there for a cycling event and they even have a little bike wash station complete with rags. A huge perc was that Mark was able to transport me a few times to Coler Mtn Bike Preserve (as well as to the airport) with my bike, saving me a rather hairy ride thru traffic. He and Wilma could not be more gracious. Thank you for providing such a lovely, quiet, and clean haven to return to after days on the trails and gravel!

This awesome MIL suite was perfect for my wife and I. It was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. This place was close to downtown and the neighborhood was very quiet. Mark and his wife made every attempt to make sure we felt welcomed and were also very helpful in making plans around the town.

This property was located in a lovely neighborhood. It was very safe, and we had no issues. The hosts were very sweet people and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable during our stay, which was very appreciated and made us feel welcome during our trip. The room was located about 10-15 maximum to the places we wanted to visit and great restaurants in Bentonville and Rogers. We highly recommend staying here!

What a PERFECT place to stay! This rental is in a safe, beautiful area… & it couldn’t have been more comfy & just perfect for us! Mark & Wilma are SO KIND & willing to go that extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed! They quickly responded to our texts & are super helpful & friendly! They gave us some great suggestions of places to go & Mark even brought us out an ice scrapper in the morning, when we were leaving for our yoga retreat & he saw that we obviously had forgotten to bring one with us! It truly felt like we were staying w/ family! We both highly recommend this rental for sure! You won’t be disappointed!😍👍

This was the perfect little place for me and my girlfriend to stay for a few nights. It was pretty small but that was no issue for either of us as that was expected. They had basically everything that one could possibly need already in the room inside of drawers, cabinets, etc. They were very friendly hosts who made great recommendations on activities and restaurants.

Mark, has a nice property. Even though it was sort of a Mother In Laws quarters attached to the back of the house we had all the privacy that we needed. He had some nice surprises & goodies waiting for us upon arrival. Worked out great for us..

I’m so pleased with my stay! It was so cozy, had anything I might have needed and more, i.e. full kitchen, waters, snacks, tea, ice cream and toiletries. The bed is very comfortable, as stated in previous reviews, which was important to me when choosing a place to stay. Wilma and Mark were delightful. They provided details on where to park, eat, must see parks and events. The location is so convenient and safe. Although I wanted to keep this gem a secret, I highly recommend and hope to visit again very soon.

My fiancé and I were driving cross country and this was the perfect place to spend a night to relax. The host was great with the information they provided for tenants and even saw us off in the morning (we got in late the night before and didn't want to bug them)! Would recommend to anyone traveling solo or in a small group!

Perfect location for our planned visit to Bentonville - Crystal Bridges. Saturday morning farmers market was a must see. Wilma and Mark were great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. We appreciated the special touches like the ice cream and souvenir. Osa’s Haven was clean and cozy. Although we didn’t prepare any meals, the kitchen looked to be well stocked. Definitely recommend.

Great location close to Bentonville

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights over the 4th of July. The room is cozy and private and our hosts were so nice. The property is located in a nice neighborhood, and we felt safe. One night we got stuck out in the rain, and the fireplace in the room was nice to warm up with. We enjoy bike riding, and the trails around Bentonville are second to none. Our hosts let us know about some special events to check out, and where to go to watch fireworks. Special touches in the room were also appreciated - coffee, snacks, and a pass and floats to use at the neighborhood pool. I definitely recommend staying here.

We had such a great stay! The location was perfect! Easy access to everything we wanted to do! It was a beautiful, clean, cozy place for my daughter and me to stay. The communication was wonderful! Mark was a great host and so helpful. The pool was lovely! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return at some point!
