Katerina was very communicative arranging airport pickup free of charge (just communicate early your timings) and a loaded minibar for free too. She was helpful throughout the stay. The place is located very close to a quiet beach with exceptional water, sand and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Checkout was easy too, she allowed us to stay an extra hour as our ferry was departing later in the day. The room was clean, modern and spacious. The pool also was very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this place and very friendly cats around are an added bonus.

As soon as my wife and I saw our room and our little private courtyard at Hotel Fanis, we absolutely loved it. It was exactly what we were hoping for, and everything was thoughtfully set up to make our stay comfortable and relaxing.
The swimming pool was a great size, very clean, and perfect for cooling off and relaxing after a day exploring Naxos.
The location is also fantastic. You’re within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and markets, while the beautiful beach is literally just across the road. Everything is so convenient, yet the hotel still feels peaceful and relaxing.
We stayed for seven days, and honestly, every day was perfect.
But the real highlight of our stay was Katerina. She went above and beyond from the very beginning. We didn’t expect to be picked up from the airport, so that was such a wonderful and unexpected welcome.
Katerina is an absolutely amazing host — incredibly friendly, helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. She gave us great advice about places to visit, where to eat and how to make the most of our time on the island. Most importantly, she made us feel completely at home.
It’s the little things that make a holiday special, and Katerina made a huge difference to our experience.
We highly recommend Hotel Fanis to anyone visiting Naxos. We had an amazing seven days and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Katerina, for making our first visit to Naxos so memorable!

Everything was not good, but excellent!
Mrs. Katharina's hospitality is something that makes you feel like home. She helped with every request or question even before reaching the hotel.
The area of the hotel is generous, pool is very nice (kids liked it a lot) and also small number of rooms in separate buildings makes it brilliant.
Proximity to the nicest beaches in Naxos is worth mentioning. Windsurfing options are 10 minutes by car away (several - also for small kids).
I've met a person coming there for 30-40 years in a row from Germany. This means something - maybe the best review.
Parking lots are plenty with a barrier, no need to worry.
I would stay at this accommodation again in the future.

Location is fantastic.
Sleeping not the most comfortable. No kettle, pillows were all clumpy, telly was 100 years old and could not work it.
