Auch wenn wir leichte Startschwierigkeiten hatten, möchten wir betonen, dass das gesamte Team wirklich alles dafür getan hat, damit wir eine tolle Zeit im Hotel verbringen konnten. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an die wunderbaren Mitarbeiter – vom Restaurant-Team über die überaus freundliche Dame beim Frühstück bis hin zur Rezeption. Dank eines unkomplizierten Zimmerwechsels war unsere Nacht gerettet. Vielen Dank für euer großes Verständnis, eure Mühe und den großartigen Service!
Leider war der Schlafkomfort zu Beginn nicht gut: Das Bett war in der ersten Nacht sehr unbequem.

De kamer viel wel tegen bad was wel echt vies we hadden ook geen goede gordijnen die het aan de voorkant goed afsloten..
