This condo comes fully furnished upgrade decor, with the entire floor is tile, so for any of you with severe allergies I know you will appreciate this fact. We enjoyed our time at Windsor Palms again. This was the first time we tried a condo instead of a home since only two of our children came with us. Really appreciated the first level after traveling quite a distance in the van. Cooked a few meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Nice walking path outside of the slider doors.

This place was great location, great place for a family. Note bring you own toilet paper, paper towels, and anything to clean with. But would definitely stay again.

We loved staying at this location. When we walked in the place it was so sparkling clean & you could smell the cleanliness of the place. It was a nice location & the area all around is nice. We will definitely look for this place the next time we pass through Orlando. Fantastic place.

This was our second time staying at this property and we enjoyed our time! The resort is comfortable and location is great for visiting the Disney parks. There’s a lot of food and restaurants around as well. Feels like home when you’re here!

This VRBO worked great for my family and I. We were going to Disney World and the distance was perfect. We took Lyft each day instead of having to drive and was less expemsive to Lyft rather that pay for park parking. The condo was very clean and just the right size for us. We never got a chance to use the pool but did go look at it and was large and very inviting. Great amenitites on the property. Loved the little screened in porch. Would definaltely rent again when back in that area.

This condo is lovely and spacious. Great location both in the building and in the resort (first floor, patio onto the walking path and a park reserve so lots of nature yet close to the clubhouse). Very quiet. Most important to us, the condo was very clean and all appliances were working great. Happy we never had to contact the owner or property manager. We will definitely request to stay here again.

This home was well taken care of clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Rooms were spacious and everyone was able to have there own space. Only two comments parking is limited when you get back from the parks late at night there were some issues finding a spot and the neighbors upstairs at the time were loud even after quite time of 11 pm and kept my husband am I awake. Other than that this home was great. Will definitely be back

Perfect for my group. We had 3 bdrm that were all very clean and well-kept. Each adult was able to have a bdrm to their own and the two girls shared the bdrm with the twin beds. The bdrm were very clean, and they all had a TV in it, which was a bonus for the teenagers! The beds were not very comfortable. Very firm, hard. However, the pillows were fantastic! Large, soft, king-size pillows. Well stocked with towels kitchen supplies. However, it would’ve been nice to have toilet paper as we only had under a half a roll per bathroom and had to run out late at night and get toilet paper. Most VRBO’s that we have stayed and supplied several rolls so that was a little bit of a bummer. They also only supplied one large and one small garbage bag for our weeklong visit. No toiletries in the bathroom (travel, size shampoo’s, hand soap, except for a tiny bar) I feel like they could’ve supplied more of those items as many other VRBO‘s do. The air conditioning was great for the common areas, but it didn’t really get into the bedrooms. Would’ve been nice to have more fans to keep the bedrooms cool. It was perfectly located for all of the major sites that you want to go to in Orlando. The owner was super prompt with returning messages and very helpful. The facility itself was nice with a movie room, snacks, and swimming pool. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was rather hot, but only because the temperature in Florida when we went, was like standing o

The condo was great for our family of 5. Each member had their own bed and everything was in good repair. There were no pool towels and the toiletries were very limited (no extra bars of soap, toilet paper or garbage bags). We contacted the property management company who was quick to respond and provided extra. Property was centrally located and we enjoyed our time at the clubhouse pool area.

Just like with most listings, photos make rooms look bigger. But the space was comfortable for our family of 4. House was very clean. Easy to find. Short walk to pool and clubhouse. Club house has awesome hours! Pool and hot tub nice, kids loved the games inside (all equipment is provided like balls, racquets etc for $5 deposit that’s refunded when it was turned back in). You can request movies to play in their theater. Nice poolside eatery. We did have parking issues when we got back late. Seems like maybe they don’t control how many cars per unit. This was a reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Was nice that pool towels are provided. Only complaint is that if you weren’t going to do laundry; you wouldn’t know they they need to be washed if used (sign is in washing machine closet). Same sign asked if possible to please start towels or sheets, but no detergent provided. I had some I brought and left it there. Might be nice to have a check out list including all of that in the room binder. Overall great stay and would again. Disney was about 15 min and universal 20-30.

We just spent a little over 3 months in this condo (we are snowbirds) totally love the Condo— was very clean. The location 1st floor facing the nature preserve—very quiet. About a 5 minute walk to the pool. The owner is awesome— easy to communicate with. Highly recommend— we will be back next year!😁

This was a perfect place for our family of six, the three bedrooms, two baths was perfect! Everyone loved the pool and hot tub as well. Close to Disney and Universal, but a quite place to come back to and unwind! Highly recommend!

Our two adult children and their spouses joined us for a week of Disney. The condo had 3 bedrooms and was well equipped. We were glad to have a washer and dryer in the unit to use. Our biggest complaint would be the two twin mattresses. They were pretty much a box spring with with a THIN layer of padding. In addition the top sheet on the king bed barely covered the top of the mattress.

Close to all of the things we needed. Easy access into the facility. Nice saltwater pool and splash pad area for the children. Made use of the movie theater on location... kids loved it. Tenants before us had messed up the television connections in the main family room so it was unusable but we made the owner aware when we checked in. Beds were comfy and plenty of pillows available.

Overall we had a nice stay and thought the property was very nice. Unfortunately we arrived shortly after a rain storm and had an issue with ants in one of the bedrooms. Luckily we had an extra bedroom and our kids were willing to share.

Bumpy start but otherwise suitable stay
The stay started off unpleasant due to not having check in information sent to proper email address, and then when we did access the property, three hours after check in time, we were met by the cleaning crew being in our condo. This made our room not available until about 5 hours after our agreed upon check in time. That all aside, the property was just as described and very suitable for our party of 5. Loved the master bedroom and the kids liked the decor of theirs. I recommend them installing a ceiling fan on the patio because its pretty much unusable without it. Didnt like the trash pickup because someone left garbage in ours, in containers that the trash company would not pick up. TV in living room is huge, suitable for sports watching. Location was good, only a 5 minute walk to clubhouse.

Good Value for Families , Family Oriented Resort
A wonderful resort very price savvy for families. Owner is very responsive . Trash was not picked up from the previous family which caused nwats at the entry way everytime I opened the door took 2 days of me calling for them to pick up trash that wasn't even my trash . Ants were everywhere in one room that my young children slept in. I spent an hour taking care of that for the first night 🙄, but overall the last few days were good . Would possibly return in the future and hopefully no ants .... none of this was the owners fault as he did reach out to the property management about everything as well.

We don't think the property management handled it as well as they should have, which resulted in a very uncomfortable two nights. There was no compensation or resolution for this issue.

Very spacious apartment, close to Disney world and Walmart. The only complaint is lack of parking space that should be assigned per apartment. We had one vehicle and coming back from the parks late and tired made us search and park far away from the apartment because the parking spots were all taken.

My mom and my family of 4 stayed here two nights for our day at Disney. We were able to enjoy the pool for a couple hours which was very nice (had splash pad but didn't use). The unit had 3 comfortable bedrooms which was perfect for the 5 of us and great to come back to after a long day at Disney! The kitchen had some dishware which was sufficient for our short stay. The unit could use a deep clean and new living room rug as the corner was a tripping hazard. Overall, it worked for what we needed.
