About this condo rental

Situated in Cheyenne, this attractive condo for $59 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Vintage delight with the modern amenities you need for a comfy stay. Large kitchen to prep your own meals. Coin-op laundry available in building. Loads of natural light, and great location! Walk to the hospital, Capitol and other State buildings. So close to downtown and the great shops and restaurants there. This is an upper level apartment with 5 other apartments in the building. There is one next door and one 2 apartments below. There is a nice little patio on the front of the house that is shared with the other guests in the building. Feel free to head out there (in the summer;) with your morning coffee. There isn't Central A/C (although almost any place in Wyoming can be kept comfortable by opening up the window at night, and shutting everything in the morning. We do provide a swamp cooler that needs to be filled with water and requires the window behind and another window in the unit to be opened. It cools things down considerably. The building is close to 100 years old, so typical floor squeaks and "old" building noises may occur. The original claw foot tub/shower is a sweet reminder that this place has been around a long time! Nevertheless, updates have been made where needed to make sure you have a comfortable, modern stay. The entire apartment is set up for guests. The laundry room is shared with the other guests in the building and is also where we keep all of our supplies. That little patio on the from of the house is available for all guests to enjoy. I don’t live on the property, but I’m available and not too far away. My co-host, Christy, lives just a few blocks away. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or needs for your stay. You can see the hospital from the front window! This place is centrally located within 10-15 minutes of ANYWHERE in Cheyenne! Free parking on-site & free street parking. Uber & Lyft available I welcome pets! However, I do charge a $10 per night per pet fee for a maximum of $50 per stay via the Air BnB app the morning of your arrival. Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee) The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit. Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP. Kitchen: Paper Towels A few regular and decaf Keurig coffee pods Powder creamer Sugar A few complimentary snacks Depending on type or presence of kitchen: Cooking Oil Salt & Pepper Bathroom: 2 Extra rolls of Toilet Paper One body towel and washcloth per maximum occupancy Shampoo Conditioner Body Wash Bedding: Sheets and blanket/quilt for each bed At least one pillow per maximum occupancy Miscellaneous: All purpose cleaning spray Toilet/sink plunger Toilet Brush Broom/dust pan No smoking (any kind) or vaping on property Please respect quiet hours between 10pm-7am

Our daughter choose the place for us, because she had stayed in an upstairs unit & was pleased with it. To our surprise we were upgraded, the place was spacious, clean & had everything we needed. We met the owner, a gracious man who took care of a couple of needs. I would stay there again because the owner was attentive & an honest man🌷

Love the nostalgic feel of the building. Great place to stay. Close the rodeo grounds which was great for us...definitely recommend and would love to be back

We enjoyed the older architecture and style. Simple and just right. The place is located close to the capital, hospital and airport. Easy to get In and out.

As advertised, with nice treats (coffee, popcorn, chips and instant oatmeal). Upstairs entry was full of moths (assuming due to no activity for a while). A little annoying as they made their way into the apartment/shower.

We chose this BnB based on its proximity to downtown Cheyenne and Cheyenne Frontier Days. Upstairs apartment with unique features (light fixtures, built in cabinets, claw foot bathtub) Clean & safe property. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Cheyenne.
