Phenomenal position and views. Lying in bed looking at the view was a real treat!

Incredible location, quiet, friendly, spotless, convenient for ferry and bus to bellagio. We loved it.
Only one tiny thing that could be improved, to have china mugs in the communal kitchen for tea/ coffee in the morning, with some fresh milk in the fridge.

Beautiful room overlooking Lake Como in a lovely hotel with attentive staff
So much of the hotel was luxury, but they only gave us paper cups for the refrigerated water they provided. Also the same for the morning coffee. While it’s a bit more work to wash dishes, it would have been such a much more elevated experience if we could have had glassware and cups.
