La taille de la chambre.
Personne à l'accueil à l'arrivée pendant au moins un bon quart d'heure. Un numéro pour les joindre qui ne répond pas... pas de check-in on line??? Le petit déjeuner est minable. La porte de la douche était cassée et rien pour étendre les serviettes.
