Very homely and welcoming peaceful environment. Food was very good and freshly prepared
room was extremely hot on top floor. Towel change after a couple of days would have been welcomed. TV at least in common areas would be a bonus too

Old monastery, beautiful grounds, helpful staff though we came late. Close to Sacra di San Michele
Perhaps they can open up the gardens behind the monastery for great views of the valley.

A beautiful building. Lovely grounds and a historic monastery.
In advance we informed you that my husband would be travelling alone due to huge family loss. He needed solace after 24 hours of travelling which is why I chose Certosa 1515 for him to stay. I am so disappointed to hear how poor the welcome was, how surly the people were and that the bedroom only had a sheet on the bed and no blanket. He slept really badly and was cold. It would be wonderful to transform the way you look after your guests to demonstrate the love of God.
