24-hour reception which was important for me as I arrived in the middle of the night. Check-in was quick and uncomplicated. Payment on arrival with credit card. Wifi worked well. Everything one would need for a short stay was available. Great price!
Location is not so central for sightseeing. You have to take public transportation/taxi to get to city center. The socket near the bed had a shaky connection. No option for breakfast (there is a paid coffee machine though). Everything was old and carpet was a little worn out. Still Everything was clean and my overall rating of 9 is based on the great price to value ratio.

Clean room and bathroom, decent furniture, no complaints. Good location for bus and metro connections, close to big shopping center. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Window view is a bit sad with roads and concrete. Hotel isn't shiny new if you care about that, it's just decent and serves its purpose.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room provided was in a very poor technical condition and is in urgent need of renovation. There was a lingering smell of cigarettes, which made it very uncomfortable. The bathroom was dysfunctional – the shower cabin was broken and leaking, which flooded the entire bathroom floor every time. Furthermore, the equipment was faulty: the power outlets were loose and falling out of the wall (which felt unsafe), and the wardrobe was damaged and wouldn't close. The condition of the room did not match the description on Booking.com. I definitely cannot recommend this hotel.
