We stayed at this property for 4 days and enjoyed every minute. The home is spacious and very well kept. The host provided everything we needed for our stay and checked in often to make sure everything was good. The house is in a quiet neighborhood less than 20 minutes from the strip in Henderson. Lots of shopping and great food nearby. In-n-out and Big Bs Texas BBQ are down the street for a good meal. Overall, I'd recommend this property and would love to stay on my next extended stay in Las Vegas.

This home checked off all my requirements.All the family had their own room and bathroom.The home needs some updates but the home owner took care of all our request.The heated pool just put extra fun into our week.

I asked our family how they would describe your property, I got back, amazing, comfortable, convenient, fun, relaxing, spacious! To sum it up, we had a great experience. Thank you for making our time together great!!! We had three generations under one roof and we had fun!! Lots of wonderful memories made this weekend. We will be back!

The place was nice, and pool was good for kids and family time. The furniture could use updates for sure. The beds were very stiff and uncomfortable, along with 2 of the 3 couches downstairs in the family room.

The stay was very pleasant and confortable.. The neighborhood was very quiet and centrally located. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Las Vegas. The owner was very accomodating. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect place to stay for families! We had a party of 1 teenager, a 8 year old, and 7 adults. There were board games, a pool table, and a pool for everyone to enjoy. The home was clean and comfortable. Location of home is in a nice neighborhood, close to the strip and airport, with lots of great restaurant options, and for those who prefer to cook at home, there were lots of kitchen ware available! Our hosts were always available 24/7 and had great communication! Would definitely recommend!!!

Beautiful home, clean and lots of things for the kids to do! The special touches left for us by our hosts, Kim and Fred were wonderful and greatly appreciated. Excellent location, close to everything you could need - shopping, first med - If you have young kids - and close enough to the strip without being too close to chaos. Highly recommend! We really enjoyed our stay here. Check in process was easy, wonderful communication with the owners, there is a fence around the pool which I was thankful for as I have small children. There is a pool table which made fun for all. We will definitely be staying here again next year for our annual Vegas trip. Thank you for a great stay!

Really fantastic house for families to stay and relax while in the Las Vegas area. Great location that’s got great eateries and stores located close by. The Strip or Downtown are just minutes away by car. The owners/managers couldn’t have been more attentive and responsive. Since we frequently visit the Vegas area, this house will now be at the top of our reservation list. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed - we weren’t.

I traveled w/my kid’s soccer team for a tournament and nine of us stayed comfortably. Everyone was happy with plenty of things to do right there in the house and outside by the pool. Checking in and out was easy peasy and the owners are exceptionally kind. If we travel for this tourney again, we will definitely try to reserve this house! Thank you again!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood with shopping and the highway all close by. Lots to do for everyone within easy access. Kids loved swimming in the pool every day and using the ping pong table. Plenty of room. House had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Owners very responsive to requests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was spacious, clean and had all of the amenities to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood. Our hosts were very kind to check with us to see if everything was satisfactory. We strongly recommend this property for a family gathering. The accommodations are ample and the house is very nice, including multiple comfortable beds, showers/baths, a recreational area, pool and TVs. We would surely consider a return visit. The home is spacious with enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate our family of 10. Plenty of parking, nice neighborhood. The owner was agreeable to honoring our requests. However, it was not clean or well stocked. Dirty carpet, floors, entry, and pool. Six bath towels for 10 people, no extra blankets (it was very chilly at night!) or bed pillows. The owner did have towels, 2 pillows, and 3 blankets brought by after we asked. The bathroom sink drains were clogged - one completely with dirty standing water. There are a few games but suggest you bring your own. We did enjoy the small pool/ping-pong table and the pool floats and basketball hoop. Also, having a broom handy would be helpful! We have used vrbo many times elsewhere, and usually feel we've been welcomed guests in someone's special home. This one just missed the mark.

Stayed 4 nights for military bowling tournament at Southpoint, perfect location. We had 10 adults and there was plenty of room. Home very spacious and no complaints about the bed. We weren't able to use the pool table, perhaps guests with children roughed it up. I would definitely stay here again.

Pro’s, The house is in a nice neighborhood and is spacious. The backyard was nice and the pool was a good size. The basketball hoop in the pool was really nice and the kids loved it. Con’s the beds were hard and not very comfortable. They were advertised as queen size and were double size not queens. The floors in the house were dirty we noticed this because the bottoms of our feet were black from walking around inside. The pool was also dirty. The owner was nice and had someone clean it a day early but they didn’t clean the area around the pool and it didn’t last the full 5 days we were there. A second cleaning would have been nice. The house has lots of cameras. I didn’t mind the ones out front for security reasons but there are at least 3 in the back yard and these made us uncomfortable. I don’t like the idea of people watching my kids swimming. For others this may not be an issue. I didn’t like it. Overall the house is in a good location and is a good choice for families with children.

We enjoyed our stay at this conveniently located house! Shopping for groceries, playing at a park, heading out for sight seeing - all were easy from this house. My kids (9 and 7) had so much fun in the heated pool, the kitchen was equipped with all the basics, and the owners were extremely responsive. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this house!

Having kids ranging from 7 to 21, it’s normally tough to find a place to stay that keeps everyone happy, but this place did! Between swimming, playing pool, playing ping pong and TVs in every bedroom, no one was ever bored. Having a ton of great food choices nearby didn’t hurt either! This was the perfect place for our family to spend time together before dropping our daughter off at UNLV.
