This 3,000+ sq ft property is truly a unique expression of artistry, leisure, and extravagance. Step into opulence in this 4 bedroom, 5 bath townhome, where each bedroom has its own ensuite bath. Aqua Vitae conveys a feeling of elegance in each detail throughout the home. The "Palm Springs meets Tybee" designs are showcased in the light-filled living spaces, featuring fun artwork and unique furnishings, all within a block to the beach. The home's main living area is on the third floor. The large open floor plan features the living, kitchen, and dining areas, which have access to the third-floor balcony with a partial ocean view. Settle in on the comfy sofa, set before a decorative fireplace with mounted TV. Sip your morning coffee and evening cocktails from the adjoining porch with a partial view of the ocean. Entertain your guests with a large dining table for 8 and seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a king-size bed, a large Smart TV and has a large ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and a large Smart TV and has an attached bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The ground level is home to the fourth bedroom with Queen size bed, TV, and full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a private, covered screened porch for enjoying the great weather all year round. There is an inflatable Queen bed for additional guests. The property was just as the pictures showed. It was clean and felt like home. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, etc. The original refrigerator went out before we arrived and they had a loaner refrigerator that was too small for a family staying a week. They did deliver another loaner fridge but we still had to go to the grocery store on a daily basis. The management company did work with us and did what they could to try and rectify the situation. Overall, we enjoyed our time and the home was beautiful.

This was the perfect house for my sisters bachelorette party. It was a little bit further from downtown Savannah than we had thought but such a cute house, decorated so fun and perfect for our girls weekend!
