About this condo rental

Located in North Truro, this attractive condo for $213 per night is a great option for your next vacation. WE are located on the 3rd floor (top floor). Our unit is a Studio Condo with full windows on 2 sides. We have a queen size bed and a twin size sofa bed, a high top table that looks out at the ocean view across the street. We have a full bath with a shower and bathtub. Our Kitchen has a microwave, a 2 burner cooktop, quartz counter top, sink, beautiful cabinets filled with all you need to cook. (cookware, silverware, dishes, glasses , wine glasses, wine opener, can opener, coffee pot, ( keuric & traditional coffee pot) Knives, spatular, etc.NO LINENS ARE PROVIDED. You should bring sheets for a queen bed and twin sheets for the sofa bed. ALSO BRING YOUR BATH, HAND, AND FACE TOWELS. If you are using the beach you may want to bring Beach Towels and Beach Chairs. Our unit was totally remodeled 3 years ago. We have remodeled the kitchen, all new windows, lighting, new mattress and sofa bed and table and refinished the floor. The trolley stops beside our condo ( next door in front of Terrace Dunes every half hour. (cost $2.) It will take you into Provincetown where there are many restaurants, galleries, night spots, fishing excursions , whale watching, bike rentals, dune tours, town trolley tours and lots of shopping, etc.This is Cape Cod it's best and I know you will love it! There are also 2 convenience stores in Truro " Days Market" ( 1/2 mile from us , going toward Ptown, and "salty Market" 2 miles before our place - you will pass it on route 6A also known as Shore Road) There are also several restaurents within 2 miles of our unit.

This was located in a great place toward the tip of the Cape. Amazing restaurants close by. Lots of history in the area. We loved our stay.

Enjoyed our stay. The view was really nice. Being on the top floor meant we had the best view in the building. I enjoyed speaking on the phone with the owner, Ann, prior to our stay and she was very helpful with info about the area and restaurants, etc. Thank you Ann!

Truro is amazing, super close to Provincetown, but far enough away to have that small coastal town feel. Great view from the rental and super convenient location, shops and beaches are all within walking distance. The host was amazing at responding and giving tips and pointers about the area.

Great Experience

My wife who is very picky, was enamored with the unit. The views were awesome and the beach was a short walk away. Transportation to P Town was close. I rate it a 5 Star and would recommend it to anyone who wants to experience a sunrise on the porch/balcony with coffee and sunset with your preferred beverage. Owner responded to inquiries in a timely manner which made it that more easier.

I enjoyed having this piece of sanctuary in p-town with my husband. It was clean cozy and we absolutely loved it and appreciate both Anne and her husband for being so accommodating and sweet. We plan on returning and and can feel at ease that all you need is there.

Couldn’t have asked for a better rental for my vacation! Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. The condo was exactly how it was advertised. Everything was updated and clean. The bed was comfortable. The view was phenomenal. It overlooks the ocean and the view at sunset is unbelievable! And the location is unbeatable. You have access to a bay beach across the street, the national seashore is just a few minutes away, and P-town is only 4 miles down the road. I’m already thinking about booking a return trip next year. I highly recommend this place!

The unit has an incredible view of the bay and was perfect for just myself. Super cute inside as well. Nice table outside on the deck to relax and take in the view. Easy access to the beach area directly across the street and just a 10 minute drive to P-town. Would definitely recommend staying here!
