The hotel is located in a quiet area and is easy to find. The staff speak English, which makes communication convenient. The check-in process was also quick and smooth.
The location seems a bit far from the city center; however, since we were traveling by car, it was not an issue for us. The lighting in the room appeared somewhat dim, which made it slightly inconvenient for working or reading.

Location was quite good
Room was a little stuffy, no opening window, window not transparent. Very small bathroom.

"Location is so strategic, we could go to gotemba outlet, fujiten snowpark and tokyo by bus from the bus station near from the hotel, only few mins walk."
