I loved the onsen. Clean and great temperature. Provided laundry detergent was a plus!

Breakfast is okay, not excellent as it advertise on the booking site. Good onsen and modern facility. Very close access to coach service. If you are visiting the outlet, note that the free shuttle actually stop at the coach station near the hotel. I originally booked a smoking room because it is the only room type left, but I don't smell any strong tabacco smell at all.
Really far away from the city centre, but close to highway. I pressume this hotel targets driving travellers mainly.

- Functional and tidy, with all the essentials (WiFi, AC, hot shower & bath). Ideal for a short overnight stay.
✅ **Onsen Surprise**
- A small but **well-maintained onsen** to unwind after a long day.
✅ **Efficient Breakfast**
- **Small but sufficient spread** (pastries, rice & a few hot dishes, miso soup, coffee) to kickstart your day.
✅ **Friendly Service**
- Smooth check-in/out and accommodating staff, especially for early departures.
❌ **Tiny Room Size**
- Even smaller than anticipated (Expect size is half of what you see on the photos)
❌ **Occupancy Rule Confusion**
- Booked for **2 adults + 1 child**, but told at check-in that Japanese regulations only allow **2 guests per room**. Not clarified during booking—stressful surprise! Thankful I could book one last room that was available in the hotel !
