This beautiful property also offers a golf cart for your use. Elevator Capacity: 4 persons or 950 lbs. This is a new home that was completed Oct 2020 and will exceed all your expectations for quality, comfort, and convenience. 2nd Floor Master Bedroom faces the beach. In addition to the bedrooms, we have one new Full Size sofa sleeper in the upstairs living room. Large screen TV's and Wireless Internet throughout. Stainless Steel gas grill on the lower level. The house also has (14) beach chairs for your convenience. Gourmet Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Stainless Steel Appliances; Granite Countertops; new 42" soft-close cabinets; and dining table. Two laundry rooms with new extra large top-of-the-line washer and dryer. This home is the perfect beach vacation and will instantly become your home away from home! The 12' x 24' in-ground pool is the perfect place to relax. The depth is 3' in the shallow end to 6' in the deep end. The pool is NOT heated. Bedroom configurations: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed (2nd Floor) Bedroom 2: Bunk Bed (twin on top, Full on bottom) (2nd Floor) Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (3rd Floor) Bedroom 4: Bunk Bed (Full on top, Full on bottom, twin trundle) (3rd Floor) Bedroom 5: King Bed (3rd Floor) Sofa sleeper in 2nd floor living room *Please Note: Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded): *Exceeding maximum occupancy. *Disruptive behavior. *Bringing any type of pet into the home. *Smoking/vaping in or around the home. *Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement. Cancellation Policy: In the event you elect to cancel your booking, 100% refund will be given 60 days before check-in and 50% refund 30-60 days before check-in. Otherwise, no refund. Date/stay changes cannot be altered after the booking has been made.

The home was beautiful and a great location, just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. The golf cart was great and the elevator was awesome for moving things in! We did not use the pool as it was to cold and it isn’t heated. The kids would have loved a heated pool! The sandy beach was great though! The host was quick to respond to a couple issues that we had. Overall a great family vacation spot.

Nice house, all amenities. Two rooms had bunk beds, others had only one bed each unlike other houses that cram two beds in each bedroom to increase number of people it will accommodate for advertising. It is a few minutes walk to the beach so not convenient for impulse visits but the cart provided is good for planed beach visits. The manager was VERY responsive and a joy to work with. Didn't use the upstairs family room and main downstairs could use a little more seating room. Definitely would recommend if the size fits your needs and quick beach access is not the top priority.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home over our fall break! The home was spotless and fully stocked. The beach chairs, golf cart, elevator and pool were so nice to have right there for our use. The property manager was super easy to communicate with and truly made sure we had a 5 star experience. The hand written note and welcome basket were a special touch and were very much appreciated! Would highly recommend this beach house for your next stay in Navarre!

The house was immaculate! Everything needed for a trip was thought of and present.
We have visited Navarre Beach every year for the past 10 years and this house was by far the best. The pool was a little cold but very relaxing and enjoyable!
Again every little detail down to the dryer sheets were present (I’ve always brought my own but didn’t need them this time). There were Extra blankets and pillows and one of the most comfortable couches ever!!!!
I want to keep this place a secret for us next year lol but we would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay.
Oh and the use of the golf cart was absolutely AWESOME!!!!

The beach house was a perfect home for our family of 12, including 5 kids ages 4-12. The location is perfect, very close to the beach. Private pool was enjoyed by everyone. The elevator was nice for our heavy luggage. Kitchen had all the cooking supplies we needed. Would definitely recommend this house.

The house was perfect for our group. The neighborhood was family friendly. The house had everything we needed. We have a granddaughter with special needs who is in a wheelchair so the elevator was extremely helpful.

The house was amazing! The pool and the golf cart was everything the children requested. The pool could add a heating factor for nighttime swimming, but other than that pool rocks!
My family and I are avid coffee drinkers and we love a coffee mug that holds more than enough coffee. The coffee mugs provided were fun and gorgeous. I even asked Michelle where she get them from!

What a great stay! This house held our family of 14 very comfortably! The closeness to the beach was so convenient and the golf cart was like icing on the cake! The kitchen is well stocked and clean, the double laundry rooms are a huge help for multiple families and the 2 outdoor showers were very helpful to keep the sand at a minimum. The attention to details by the management company were top notch! By far the best VRBO experience we have ever experienced! We hope to use the house again in the future!

I cannot recommend this house more! It was such a joy to spend a week here with our family and friends. I was a little nervous about not being on the beach, but having a golf cart to use made all the difference in the world. Not to mention the kids LOVED being able to ride on it.
The house was clean and well decorated. The kitchen had all the pots/pans, etc. in it that we could have possibly needed during our stay. For my husband who loves to cook that was a big plus.
The elevator was a big help in assisting with luggage to the top floors and for my mother in law who has some trouble with stairs.
We will definitely be back and will recommend this location always!

My family and myself had a great week in this clean, spacious and beautiful home! There were so many bedrooms and two living spaces so we had plenty of room for everyone. The elevator was a nice addition for my elderly mom and even for myself at times since I’ve had back surgery. We especially loved the golf cart to ride around in the evenings and to use to haul our stuff to the beach. Great neighborhood!

Beach house was wonderful! Close to the beach and just a drive down the road to all the wonderful places to eat and visit. The beach access was great and the beach was not over crowded like many other local beaches. We had a perfect time and stayed in the most perfect house!

Overall everything was excellent. The bbq grill was unusable and the owners replaced it the next day. Close to the beach 🏖️ but and located on the main road. Only issue was the construction noise from nearby properties being built between generally daily 7 am and 7 pm. This was not in anyone’s control. Booking went well.

Property is a very beautiful home with lots of space and storage room. The only issues I had was the construction noise (not noticeable inside the house but very bothersome on the deck and by the pool), construction vehicles, the lack of bath cloths (4 of the 5 bathrooms only had 2 per bathroom) and no window cleaner. The last item may seem odd but when you vacation with 5 children ages 18 months to ten years old, you need window cleaner for those beautiful glass sliding doors…if you want to see outdoors lol. None of these things were worth complaining to management about. Just giving a heads up to future renters so they will know to pack a couple extra items.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had extended family, so having a full bathroom for every bedroom was a huge plus! The elevator was very useful for packing, groceries & not having to carry my baby upstairs constantly.
The owner also went out of her way to purchase a rice cooker, deep fryer & salad spinner so that we wouldn't need to pack our own. We wish we took more pictures before we had our stuff everywhere throughout the house!🤣 Overall, a great experience & would definitely consider coming back again!

The AC went out but they had someone there that day and all was well that afternoon.
The elevator was a lifesaver for my mother in law and super helpful when bringing in the luggage and groceries.
We plan to stay here when we come back to Navarre Beach.

This house ended up being perfect for 5 couples and a handful of children. We were a little nervous that the main living area and kitchen would be too small for our max-capacity group, but they upgraded the living room couch to a sectional and we never felt crammed. RMI (Michelle) was very responsive, eager to help, and checked in with us all throughout our stay. You can tell they're pros when it comes to VRBO management. We’ve been to VRBOs in the past that didn’t do the best job of cleaning, but this one was exceptional – you could even walk barefoot on the floors without feeling like sand was left behind from previous occupants. They had awesome touches throughout the house (extra toothpaste, shaving cream, razors, makeup wipes, etc.), including a handwritten welcome note. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, toys, a wagon (major plus), etc. and the kitchen was stocked. The pool was great for the kids – it wasn’t too deep and was perfect for our crew (4-9 yrs old). The beach was super easy to walk to (wagon a major plus for towels, chairs, etc.) with the public entry point being right across the main street. Side note: There was a lot of seaweed in the ocean this time of year, which was a bummer. There was also a lot of construction going on, so we did leave the pool from time to time to avoid the noise. They just so happened to be driving in the pilings next door with a crane-mounted, diesel-powered hammer. It was fun to watch for a minute, but then the noise was a bit much – thankfully, the beach was an easy enough walk away. However, inside the house was surprisingly insulated from some of the construction noise outside. They had a pool cleaner come unannounced during our stay who took & sent photos to the owners of some seashells by the pool that the kids had collected from around the property and beach and brought back to the poolside (which is a big no-no for pool liners, unbeknownst to us Coloradans). So, that was a little uncomfortable knowing that someone did that while we were away. Michelle did contact us right away about it and we remediated as quickly as possible as we do want to be respectful guests and follow the rules. A lovely neighbor lives there permanently who came over and introduced herself. We wanted to make sure we weren’t being too noisy for them while playing outside. At the end of the day, I would recommend this house to any large group or family, with or without kids. We'd definitely love to come back!

Perfect Location
My kids, grandkids and myself had an enjoyable week. The location is almost at the end of the stretch so it gets you away from the crowds. The grandkids loved having the pool which was a huge hit. They also enjoyed the easy access to the bay a block behind for fishing and crabbing. All 6 grandkids are boys!!

The house is clean, spacious, and well stocked. Each room has its own restroom which is great. The pool area is secure with door that locks up high to keep children from accessing during non-swim hours. The walk to beach access was about 4 minutes. Plenty of pool and beach toys included in the rental. Lovely stay!
