This spacious modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house has all the comforts you will need for your family holiday. Includes a large central split reverse cycle air conditioner for cooling/heating in the main living area, x3 bedrooms also have split reverse air conditioners.fully enclosed secure yard for children and a built in undercover BBQ. Strictly MAX 6 guests including children, NO leavers, NO parties or loud music family's and older peolpe most welcome to stay over younger groups of peolpe. CCTV on the outside perimiter of property.

Great house with lots of space in-door and outdoor. Clean, well maintained and secure. We had amazing holidays at Busselton and we loved our stay at Acqua Beach House.Please note that despite the 4 bedrooms, the house can only accomodate 6 persons max but definitely worth it for a family of 6.

Our young kids loved the big open plan living and lush grass in the garden. The house is great for multiple families, with heaps of room to spread out. Rachel was very quick to reply to messages and provide info when we asked. Highly reccommended!
