Location was great with a short walk to Busselton Jetty, shops and restaurants.
The house was clean and there was a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival.
Beds were comfortable and there was everything you needed to enjoy the stay.
A TV where we could have accessed our Netflix account to enjoy a movie night

We loved being able to walk or ride to the beach. Also loved having 2 bathrooms.

Relatively new property that is reasonably clean and close to town.
There is an ant infestation with multiple nests in the backyard that enter into the bedrooms.
The return inlet filter on the reverse cycle air conditioner system is extremely dusty and in need of maintenance.
The suitcase stand in the bunk bedroom is broken.
The amount of consumables provided was not suitable for our family. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper in the toilet, cling wrap was at the end of the roll, 3 dishwashing tablets, 2 small laundry sachets, bbq had black paint flaking off the hot plate.
Checkin process was not smooth as we arrived and the code provided to us via email was incorrect and had to wait outside with the family until staff could send the correct code.
The sheer number of duplicate messages, email, sms, WhatsApp etc is inefficient and spam like.
