Discover a serene getaway in our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in a quiet cul-de-sac backing onto beautiful wetlands. Perfect for families or groups, the house comfortably sleeps up to six guests, with two queen beds, one bunk bed and one single bed. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. .
Our spacious open-plan area includes a fully-equipped kitchen, living, and dining space, ideal for social gatherings and cozy nights in. The kitchen boasts modern amenities, including a dishwasher and a laundry with a washing machine.
Enjoy the outdoors in our enclosed, undercover patio with comfortable furniture, a BBQ, and vibrant plants, or relax in the charming rear garden with an additional seating area under a covered patio—perfect for admiring the landscaped surroundings.
Additional features include a separate toilet, a family bathroom equipped with both a bath and a separate shower, and essential amenities like Wi-Fi and a high chair. Located just 600m from Origins Markets and Kmart Centre, and only 2km from the city centre and 2.5km from the picturesque Busselton Jetty Foreshore, our home offers both tranquility and convenience. .

- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.

To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.

Quiet location, easy access to everywhere we wanted to go from jetty to vasse. House was fully equiped, the only thing to provide was food! Would definitely book again.
