Lovely old Italian villa with a mix of charming original features and modern flair. Friendly welcome, good communication. Access to garden and roof terrace with views over the lake. Quiet and tranquil location. Very near to the train station to Rome and to the village square and Papal Palace.
The hill! Steps up to the villa from the lake or station and more steps up to the square. A reasonable level of fitness is needed to stay here!

Interno fatiscente con mobili molto antichi. La maniglia della porta rimaneva in mano, il cancello automatico non aveva fotocellule interne e il letto matrimoniale era scomodo
