We had a nice stay at this hotel. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near the Vatican, making it an ideal place to relax while still being close to many attractions. The room was spacious, spotless, and very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was delivered to our room and included juice, yogurt, fresh fruit, and delicious pastries.
A special thanks to Renata, who was an outstanding host. She was always available, responsive, and happy to assist with any questions or requests.

breakfast was quite good. room was quite clean. owner was fine with us.
it is not a hotel, no reception, no luggage storage. you hear noise from other rooms, and you have to get up early due to noise when breakfast is served , and other guests use the microwave in the corridor.
