El hotel las habitaciones están espectaculares la atención del personal , la comida deliciosa pero hay un restaurante chiquito que se llama gojan en el piso 6 Ernesto el chef prepara una comida espectacular riquísima felicitaciones totalmente.

Las bebidas preparadas en restaurantes tipo carajillos baileys entre otros de muy mala calidad no me gustó Las albercas del piso 6 miden 60 cm de profundidad eso también demasiado malo

Me encantó todo, desde el trato impecable del personal hasta la arquitectura del lugar y la vista al mar. Una experiencia impecable, súper fancy y con un vibe increíble de principio a fin. 10/10

Honestamente nada. Loved the whole experience, todo estuvo 10/10.

Overpriced and food was very mediocre. Unless you are intending to gorge yourself all day on food and drinks, save your money and book elsewhere. The adults only is on one side and kids on the other. If you aren’t in the Hyatt Premiere you can’t go to the premiere pool on the top floor, so you have one lap pool which is fine but I didn’t think it reflected the price relative to other properties in the area. Felt like a cruise ship on land. I’m not a cruise ship person. All in all - it was fine but due to the price I didn’t think it was a good value at all. Also the $200 promotion is a scam. They break it up to $10 off a bottle of wine and $20 off an overpriced $285 massage etc. That felt deceptive. Glad we were there only 1 night and moved to Conrad after that.
