The property is beautifully kept, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is exceptional.
The walk to the beach is actually quite a trek, the shuttle does not run non-stop, and even after the shuttle ride, there is another walk, where the Cala Sinzias chairs are sandwiched between two public beaches.
Towels should be available at both pools and the beach.

Brand new. Very good pool. Very helpful staff at the front desk. Has its own beach, but no service and no drinks at the beach. Very good for going for a run in the pine forest between the property and the beach. Due to covid, the buffet was not self service, which took a long time as understaffed.
Chemical smell in the room, that wasn’t dealt with after the complaint. Though space in the a la carte restaurant the maitre wasn’t willing to take us, because we didn’t book in advance. In advance means the day before, but we only arrived that afternoon. Totally inflexible and no commercial sense. Wonder if the owner would agree with the approach. Total disparity between the room and the rate. Ortigia guest amenity products are a new line that have nothing to do with originals and make me wonder where Ortigia is going. Not relevant here, but interesting.
