Very good

Lovely apartment in a brilliant location! Very clean and comfortable and can tell the host has thought very well regarding things needed at the apartment to make a comfortable stay.

Just a minor, there was a lack of mirrors (only in the bathrooms), making getting ready a bit hard, especially for a larger group. Also, there is a note on the front door regarding no noise after 10pm but the neighbour downstairs came up banging on the door at 8pm complaining, we were met by her on one of the days going up the stairs to the apartment with a very rude stare, this is no fault of the hosts but just not very friendly. We had an early morning flight on the last day and were scared to even move our luggage around in case to cause a disturbance!

Great apartment with plenty of space for a group of 5.

Love being able to check in without having to meet in person. We arrived later than expected and I would have felt really bad making someone wait for us to show up. The apartment had blackout shutters in all the rooms along with splits to keep the rooms comfortable. LOVED the location with a bakery downstairs for an easy breakfast with great service. Apartment had basics (plates & utensils if you needed/coffee maker/washing machine). Appreciated the soap/shampoo in the bathrooms. Hosts were responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

The beds were a little hard. Apartment was not clearly marked- but if you remember to look for the lockbox outside- makes it easier! Neighbors were a little unhappy that we arrived late and lugged our suitcases upstairs (didn’t see the elevator & never checked to see if it worked). They left a passive aggressive note on the door about quiet time. Ha. I get it though- must be annoying to have loud ppl coming & going all the time.

Great stay in Central Lisbon!

Location was perfect. Central to everything with plenty of food and grocery options. The apartment was great for our family and had everything we needed. The instructions were very helpful and the staff answered all our questions..

The door locks were difficult to operate. Not sure if that was just a Portuguese thing or the apartment. The separate bathroom shower was difficult to figure out how to get the shower portion to work.
