This is a luxurious home that boasts four master suites and is just a short walk to the Glade Spring Spa, dinner at the Lodge, or the Prospector Golf Course. This beautifully furnished home features a full kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms. This is an ideal retreat for 2 to 3 families or 4 couples. The comfortable couches and chairs offer a relaxing spot to watch your favorite show or just warm up around the cozy gas fireplace. Just off the great room is a covered patio with an outdoor table and gas BBQ. The fun garage game room boasts a ping-pong table and a MMA punching bag. SUNCADIA RESORT AMENITIES: * Fine Dining at Swiftwater Cellars and Portals Restaurant * Public golfing at the Prospector and Rope Rider Golf Course * Tennis and Basketball Courts, Kids Playground, and more at Dawson and Batista Parks * Suncadia Motorized Scooter and Bike Rentals * Kayak and Paddle Board Rentals * Miles of Hiking and Biking Trails * Walk to the relaxing Glade Spring Spa * Summer Concerts at the Swiftwater Cellars Amphitheater in Suncadia * Rope Tow Inner Tubing Hill and Ice Skating in the Winter (Rent the connecting townhome next door, Grizzly Den, for a total of 8 bedrooms with private baths!!!) ** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and Fitness Center or the Nelson Farm Pool due to resort regulations that are out of our control. We loved our stay at Big Bear. The house had ample room and furnishings, and is in a great location in Suncadia (next door to the Prospector Golf Course and across the street from the Lodge). Ownership was helpful and easy to deal with. We definitely want to go back.

This was an excellent property, the listing was a little confusing. The 4 master suites include the bunk bed room as a master suite. Fully stocked and very clean!!

We really enjoyed our stay here with friends and all of our little kids . It was super clean , well stocked , new , and close to everything . Short walk to the lodge and we were able to walk to the live nightly music at the ice skating rink . Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend .

Only downside is we didn't have access to the main swimming pool. While this is not a deal breaker, it would be good to add this in the property listing description.
