Great location by the sea, comfy beds, washing machine and tumble dryer, useful drying rack outside.
Needs some maintenance. Attention to detail. Didn't quite live up to "finest" in some aspects eg blunt knives and mismatched crockery in minimal quantities.

Location was perfect. House layout was good.
Carpets were dirty and smelled of damp and dog. Couldn’t work the heating in the bathroom. The mugs in the kitchen dark stains in the bottom. Didn’t like having a smelly rabbit at the door of the cottage. Weeds all around and the rest of the village is very pretty with lots of nice gardens and flowers.
