This 2 story home sleeps up to 10. It is located right on the fringe of St Armands Circle and is just minutes from Lido Key Beach and Longboat Key. It is also 3 houses away from the beach and a private path right to Lido Beach!
This Lido Key home is only steps from beautiful Florida famous waters and beaches. This private 2 story home features 2 master suites along with 2 guest bedrooms all fitted with King beds and a large Smart TV. Easily sleep 10 guests with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some privacy. The living room opens right into the brand new pool and hot tub patio for amazing indoor/outdoor living. There is plenty of seating on the patio for everyone to soak up the Florida Sun or just relax in the pool. We are conveniently located with easy walking distance to Lido Beach (100 yards) as well as St. Armands Circle (5 minute walk) with plenty of shopping and restaurants to enjoy.

•Bedroom #1: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2; sleeper sofa (1) - sleeps: 2
•Bedroom #2: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
•Bedroom #3: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
•Bedroom #4: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
SOAPS PROVIDED: Laundry, Dish, Hand Soap
SOAPS NOT PROVIDED: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash
•Coffee Maker Type: Combo (both K-cup and drip) A k-cup and creamer small starter bundle is provided.
•Toilet Paper Provided: 3 rolls per bathroom
•Paper Towel Provided: 2 rolls per kitchen
•Towel/Hand Towel/Washcloth: 1 set per stated occupant plus 1 extra set per bathroom
•Beach Towels: 2 per bedroom

POOL HEATER RULES:
Pool heat temp is set at 83º and runs each day from 7 AM until 7 PM from October 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather should naturally heat the pool. Pool temps are not guaranteed. This pool is heated by a heat pump and is only capable of heating to around 20-25 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75).
The spa has a timer of 3 hours, once turned on and can be run at any time and will heat to 100º
PET POLICY: This home has a $20/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

This home exceeded our expectations in every way. The house was much larger than we anticipated, and everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The pool was pristine, the hot tub worked perfectly, and the backyard offered plenty of space for our group to relax and enjoy.The master suite is absolutely enormous, and the layout of the home is ideal. Two bedrooms are located together on one side of the house downstairs, while the master is privately situated on the other side. The upstairs bedroom was a favorite among our friends because it felt like its own private retreat.The living room is incredibly comfortable, with plenty of seating including recliners, chairs, and couches. The large TV was brand new and worked flawlessly. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the ice maker kept up perfectly with our group.We also appreciated the huge laundry room and the well-stocked garage. There were four bicycles available, along with a beach wagon, umbrella, multiple beach chairs, and plenty of other beach equipment. The property inside and out was very clean. The owner was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.The location simply can’t be beat. You’re just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of St. Armands Circle. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and perfectly located beach getaway.

The location is perfect. east access to beach and St Armands circle. The property seems to have some deferred maintenance issues. The pool did not work for first few days and proerty manager blamed us instead it was a clogged filter that maintenance man cleaned and then wqas replaced later in the week (told it was 3 months over due). A shower backed up sewage on the first use. The upstairs bath is leaking into stairway ceiling and the solution was to scrape soggy drywall.

Close to the beach and shops. House is nice size but the furnishings are a bit tired looking. Showers need upgrades. TVs weren't working in the bedrooms when we arrived and we called and left a message but it took 2 days before someone came out to fix. We arrived on Friday and it was Monday before they were fixed. The outside light by the grill doesn't work. Kitchen is nice. Pool area is great.
They really should have a checklist to make sure all is in working order for the next guests.
