With 4 bedrooms each with its own full bath and an open loft with convertible sofa sleeper, sleeping options are plentiful for the entire family. All the lake amenities that you could ask for are included with an oversize dock, with an additional floating dock. swimming areas with rafts and life jackets. There is a hot tub located on the lower level deck with beautiful views of the lake, relaxing Adirondack chairs, and more. Conveniently located near the Bridgewater Plaza, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and more. There are many nearby attractions including restaurants, wineries, state park hiking trails, local shopping, boat/kayak/jet ski rentals, etc, all within a few miles of the home. The open floor plan on the main level includes a well-equipped kitchen featuring a new toaster, utensils, dining, and living area, fireplace, and TV. Numerous windows and sliding glass doors allowing the sunny days of lake life into the home. Have a seat in the family room and enjoy the fireplace, gather on the main level deck which features a gas grill and abundant seating and tables for maximizing time outdoors during meals or morning coffee. Head down to the lower-level game room to enjoy a game of pool, or grab a board game while having a fun-filled evening with family and friends. Property is perfect for a family vacation. Property is clean, well stocked, roomy, comfortable and close to shopping, restaurants, churches ect.

Zac's house was a perfect base for our family reunion. We would stay there again. Just be aware that you will only have "starter packs" of things like paper goods and dish cleanser. It was fine as we made several trips to Food Lion nearby anyway.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was very clean and everything we needed was provided. We enjoyed the lake and we’re thankful for the chairs, kayak, rafts, and floating dock provided. All of the bedrooms were comfortable, and we are looking forward to returning next year.

Nothing negative to say about this house. House in a great location. Not a long walk to the boating/fishing dock. Lots of water recreational items at the dock for the grandchildren. First time in this house and we already reserved the house for the Dane week next year. Another plus is that owner usually responded relatively quickly.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend with the family. While my spouse and I were the only ones who stayed, the family came in for meals every day. We loved the hot tub and the pool table. Kitchen was fully stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. All in all a great experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed enjoyed our stay at this lake house. There was plenty of room for sleeping and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking an early thanksgiving dinner. Would love to come back and visit Smith Mountain Lake in the future.

We have an annual mountain trip for my birthday with our little family and friends. This house was nothing short of amazing. Even in the fall we were kayaking and paddle boarding . There was plenty of room and privacy for 2 adult couples and kid friendly as well. We had our 7 year old and 10 month old with us. The owners were super responsive and the house was very clean. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

This was the perfect house for a little weekend getaway with friends. The house was a great setup for our family and our friend’s family of four. Our kids throughly enjoyed feeding the fish off the back deck and going on the kayak.

The house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their space. The house was well furnished and very clean. The water toys provided were great and the grandkids especially enjoyed the lily pad. Smith Mountain Lake water is also perfect. The family would love to return!

Zak was very prompt when we reported the fridge initially for2 days not cooling well enough. The hot tub did really not work well so we didn’t bother with it. Steep slope which we were t prepare for Was a very enjoyable week in their home. Neighbors were a bit close when we were on the dock.

Perfect Lake House Getaway
Great house on a quiet cove. The house has everything you need for a great stay and the dock was the perfect place to enjoy the lake. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay. The only mild inconvenience was having to take trash to a dumpster that was 10 minutes away.

Great Fun for All Ages
We had a wonderful time at this lake house! The house was laid out perfectly for our family. The older kids could be downstairs next to the game room and hot tub and the younger ones upstairs and could here them playing pool. We spent most of our time on the dock and on the foam Floating pad. The older kids enjoyed the kayak and paddle boards. We only left the house once to go to Bridgewater Plaza to play games and eat pizza and ice cream!

Family Vacation
The house was definitely set up for plenty of space to relax. A short walk down the steps to the dock and you were on the water. A few minute drive to the Marina and shopping.
We ate at the house as a family so we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Would do it all over again.

Great Lake experience!
The location was perfect for lake access and fun! The boathouse had every lake toy we could want and we used most everything. The house accommodations were super for our adult family to celebrate our mother’s 80th birthday! Would come again!

A great escape
We had a great time at this property. Very well maintained and clean. Plenty of room for everyone and everything available at the location to keep you busy. Kids enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. A very nice dock with items available for water fun (Kayak/Paddle board etc.) Only thing missing were enough life jackets. There was only one adult and one children’s life jacket when we got there. Not enough for the family to have fun together. Luckily, we had couple kids life jackets with us that we ended up leaving behind for the next family. Now there are 1 adult and 3 kids jackets for you to enjoy the waters. Great place overall and we would love to go back.

This house perfectly fit our family as we celebrated our daughter's graduation from Liberty University. The beds were very comfortable! The hot tub, pool table and games were a big hit. Weather was terrible, but there was plenty to do. I would choose this property again!!

More than enough space for 7 adults to sit and chat together. It could have easily fit more people. Loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Great laundry facilities.
The dock is easy to get to, has great seating to sit closer to the water.
The view from the deck at both sunrise and sunset was breathtaking.
We could never figure out how to turn on the fireplace and could never get the hot tub up over 91 degrees (we never asked about the hot tub) but it was fine. We really didn’t need them.
I would definitely recommend this home and we plan on coming back here again when we are in town.

Great stay!
Lovely home, perfect location. We had 3 couples stay here for a much needed fall vacation. We played music, drank wine, and watched college football. We really enjoyed feeding bread to the fish right from the dock!

Peaceful fall escape
Great experience with this property. It's a beautiful setting and such a quiet and peaceful area. Easy to pass a whole day down on the dock, enjoying the floats, kayak, and paddleboards. Had everything we needed and even some visiting deer. Very responsive host.
