Lovely spacious room, comfortable bed with good pillows and bedding. Clean towels. Fresh coffee and water daily in room. Breakfast is good value. Pool is nice. Housekeeping staff were very kind, polite and helpful. Breakfast staff also good.
The reception staff were disinterested. Never any welcome or greeting. It’s a shame as this impacted an otherwise brilliant stay.
Also the bar up by the pool was never open. It appears to have been closed for a while. No explanation offered about this.

The staff was extremely helpful providing support to contact a store I had an issue with - I'm very grateful!
The room size was much bigger than I expected, with comfortable bed and a bath, so it felt nice inside the space.
The location is simply great.
No slide doors on entrance - had trouble getting inside the hotel with heavy suitcases.
Breakfast wasn't abundant - not much variety, undrinkable coffee, and egg trays were always empty.
The light switches and sockets were designed by a mad man - their locations weren't accessible from the bed, and overall it was too complicated and inconvenient.

Location is good, very near the metro, the room itself was great,
When I arrived to check in, the receptionist forgot to take my payment. She gave me the key to my room, and I went, ran a bath after a long mornings travelling to relax. They front then called me to come down and pay, I said I would be down in no more than 30 minutes. In that 30 minutes, they called twice more and knocked on my door. Ridiculous. The staff were extremely rude.
There was a reason the room didn't have a picture of the balcony, that's because the balcony was facing a road and a building site. If you sit there, it's just all noise. Don't go for the balcony option as it's a waste of money.
The pool was nice, but the pool bar wasn't open despite it being listed as a facility. The pool also faces a noisy building site, so again, you can lie there and relax with music in, but with no music its just noisy, and they all work weekends, so there is no respite.
