Nice and spacious rooms in a good location with lots of restaurants and a street food market around the corner Very nice breakfast (which is very expensive in comparison to other hotels but worth to try at least once)

The outdoor pool is really tiny (I would not call that a pool) There are a lot of other facilities like a sauna and Spa but the hotel does unfortunately not communicate on it enough so we discovered it too late (we would have loved to try it out and were ready to pay for it on our last day but were told that it’s not possible for guests who already checked out).

Very friendly staff, location was amazing, very clean and spacious room.

out stay was just perfect. the team managed the early check-in when we arrived. and all the details in room were so thoughtful. even in the lobby restaurant they have zalto as a wine glass brand that speaks for the taste or management team itself. location is perfect, bed is comfortable, atmosphere is very nice and friendly

The Hotel was excellent - the room size, cleanliness and facilities were all superb. And the view was amazing.

The service at this hotel was great and very friendly. Since it was not totally full, they offered us a room upgrade. The breakfast was the best I had through my travels in South Korea.

The hotel is grand and clean. It is located next to the sea and near many restaurants. Staff were polite, professional and helpful. We experienced their hospitality right after getting off the taxi. The room was clean with comfy beds.

It would be very good if one more chair or stool is provided in a 3-person room.

its in the haeundae beach lots of restaurants and cool things to see,sea life aquarium is walking distance as well as bay 101.

the aircondition didn’t work the first night and when we ask why they say the whole buildings air condition system isn’t working 🥴 maybe the language barrier..but with a hotel thats suppose to be 5 star i don’t understand why the air-con is being rationed as the lobby is cool.they gave us a cooling fan w the instructions to put the ice in it, i didnt want to mess with the fan so the staff placed the ice. the cooling fan helped a lot .

The hotel is super pretty with lovely design details everywhere. The gym was great. The pool looked great even though I didn't get to use it. I have to give shout-outs to the lady that works the night shift and the lady that works the morning (9am shift) during my stay. They helped me in the process of retrieving my camera that I lost on the bus, so I'm super grateful. Overall I'd highly recommend this hotel. It even has a bakery, Starbucks and convenience store inside.

I didn't know the sights are so far apart. This hotel is good if you are not travelling very far and only want to check nearby area. If you stay here be prepared to take 1 hr metro to just about everywhere, one-way.

The location is excellent on the haendae beach. You need just to walk a little to have whatever dinner you want. You are just 10 min walking distance from the sky capsule. In the hotel, the outside pool is just marvelous. You can have your coffee at the 4th floor with a sea view. Best of all is the staff! You don't need to talk to have your concern taken care off. If i come back to Busan, Grand Josun will surely be my place to go!
