The location is excellent, very close to Haeundae Beach, and you can sometimes get a room at a very reasonable price with discounts. Although the facilities are somewhat dated, the overall cleanliness is excellent.
The facilities are quite old. Most of the in-room amenities, apart from the refrigerator, are not really usable. Even the refrigerator is very outdated and does not cool properly. Milk that I put in the fridge the night before was still not cold the next morning, and a sandwich had gone bad.

What we like most about is its location. Just a few steps to every activities at the beach, convenient stores and restaurants including a starbuck and hc chicken. The kids love it!
The mattresses are hard. It is not comfortable to sleep in. I expected it before the trip by reading comments from others, but when it comes to my experience, I must say the same.

hand soap was mixed with water / mostly water/ no conditioner. apartment was not even cleaned properly
