Close to a bus.
Narrow room. Toilet smells. Most staff don’t know any English. Far away from any grocery shopping or restaurants so pretty bad in terms of location as well.

Good location of the guesthouse, quiet neighborhood.
The lady who served me didn't speak English and she couldn't answer my questions.
However, the biggest disadvantage for me was closing the guesthouse for the night. Nowhere have I found information about this. What's more, despite the declared check-out time from 5 a.m., the entrance gate was closed at this time. It took me half an hour for someone to pick up the phone (I also tried to ring the reception intercom) and open the gate.
