Excellent resort. Smooth check in friendly staff. Excellent place. The issue only limited halal food. And toilet not totally private especially if you are a family.otherwise everything was perfect.

The restaurant sells good food, the room is big anough , great views and the pool is very nice. The horizon restaurant staff was very pleasant, Amy gave us great service, the chef and the manager were amazing.
The housekeeping staff really need to be supervised more closely.
Every day, we had to request basic items after they had already serviced our room, such as water and fresh towels. What was more disappointing was that the room was not actually being cleaned. They would simply make the bed and leave without cleaning the bathroom or other areas.
The shower pressure was also very poor, and because of the way the shower is designed, it requires a bit of cleaning after use. Unfortunately, this was consistently overlooked, and we ended up cleaning it ourselves.
While we were able to do this, it really shouldn’t be necessary when you’re on vacation. At the very least, we expected to return to a properly cleaned room each day.
At one point, our room key cards also stopped working, and the hotel had to call a technician to repair the door lock. We had to wait outside while they opened the door, and once it was unlocked, we were left waiting with the door wide open while around five people worked on fixing it.
It was quite inconvenient and not a very pleasant experience, especially while trying to enjoy our stay.
