Spacious area, the swimming pool is large and not crowded. Private beach. Room staff is thoughtful. We’re given extra towels and water when they know there is a baby staying.
Receptionists were not attentive to arrived guests. They seemed to ignore us when we were looking for check in. Lobby staff almost never smiled or asked us for help but foreigners.

Cyrus at reception and Amy also were great customer service people, very helpful! cake for birthday was lovely surprise bed was comfy and room room big cleaners did good at daily surface clean
however the negatives outweighed the positives maintenance seemed neglected our toilet broke 6 times we weren’t offered a solution to stop it keep happening inconvenient to keep calling to have it fixed each time, deep clean was lacking windows shower etc had mold grime found cockroaches in hallway neighbours room service dishes were not collected for days, sun lounges were impossible to get not once in 7 day stay could we sit on lounger people had bags and towels on them yet not using them no towels around pool waited 3+ hours on multiple days to get towels then when trying to get some for family staff treated us like criminals making me get individual family member to come one by one to collect one per person after waiting so long and being told 5 mins each Time was very frustrating also we had 4 people but each day were only given 2 towels on room. Breakfast food was stale and hot food was cold and a fight to get coffee coffee machine did not work! Advertisement said spa and wellness centre however this was offsite, pool was not clean had mold and grime.
