Great location, noisy rooms

The sound isolation of the rooms are ZERO You hear everything what happens on the floor

Amazing property, but facilities needs an uplift

Property is very beautiful and lot of things to explore inside and outside the property... staff at reception was wonderful especially Louis who guided us through many things and helped us too. Morning buffet spread is great offering multiple cuisines Spa facilities were amazing

But Overall experience in Villa was not great, somethings really needs to be looked at and have provided feedback at hotel reception and housekeeping manager. - while booking, it clearly says - In your private kitchen, there is minibar...but there is nothing there.. private kitchen doesn't even have a plate, spoon, fork.. not a single pan or wok, there is no microwave no oven...Nothing at all... I did the booking of villa because of kitchen as my wife and kid has some dieterary restrictions and we wanted kitchen to cook as per our requirement.. this was really annoying for all of us. And when we requested, I was being told that there is per day charge for it... Really on spending so much money, I need to pay for using utensils... - when we checked in, there were no towels in our Villa we have to put requests for towels, extra soap and additional coffee/milk -taste of food in Woknacurry was not to level of 5* property. Being Indian, the taste of food was not even 10% near to what we get in other hotels.. we had a dinner there but it was a wrong decision.

Insanely breathtaking hotel views.

Facilities and the decor were incredible.

Staff barely spoke english which was a bottleneck when trying to organise anything

Scenic location. Great beach. Wonderful property. Excellent swimming pools. Well appointed gym.

Indian food and veg options were below par. The staff needs to get trained in making these items. Communication in English was also not upto Sheraton standard.

Great holiday for relaxing vibes on the beach to get away from it all.

If you're looking for secluded and peaceful, this is the hotel for you. Staff were amazing, breakfast and dinner buffet was amazing. The beach was stunning and the pool is fantastic. Its for those looking for a quiet holiday.

Alot of shuttle bus service for safari, vinwonder and grand world. Alot of option for the breakfast buffet. Love the lounge and the glass lifts.

We arrived at the front door and no one helped us with the luggages even though there were alot of staff around the place. The room and facility are old, the screw on the door lock fell off, pillows are flat and uncomfortable. Overall, it doesn't worth the money. We stayed in 3 different hotels and this one was by far the most disappointing and not worth the money.

Best all-inclusive hotel in Phu Quoc

Amazing facilities, from a gorgeous 87m beach-front pool, a well-equipped gym, to jacuzzi & sauna rooms, all included in the room price! The buffet breakfast was varied & delicious, the staff was very friendly & helpful. To top it all off, the hotel is situated within a massive complex with endless entertainment activities, from golf course, water park, aquarium, safari to shopping centres. Highly recommended!

A little spoiled the impression that the kitchenware in the villa needed to pay. In addition, the cup of coffee lefted near playground was not cleaned for several days
