Room was clean. The location is center of the GrandWorld. Not far from beach. Little coffee shop at the first floor lobby. Price was cheap. Had breakfast.
Breakfast chinese soup taste was not good. So i usually took just coffee or tea

Breakfast was not included. The location is excellent. Doesn't have the lift. Be prepare to lift your luggage by yourself since there is not lift. Else everything was just fine
Rooms could be large enough if three people are occupying one room.

Location, good size room
Breakfast, at a different building has great noodles and cheap too.
No Lift, many stairs to get up and down. Some of the bedding were dirty. We waited a long time for staff to come to change the bedding so we done that ourselves.
