Perfect vocation!

Perfect beach, different and tasty food on breakfast, dinner and lunch. Good huge villas. Good staff ready to help with everything.

Some villas have a problems with AC, but staff can help with it 24/7. Huge territory, so you have to use golf cars (tuk-tuk) everytime (maybe it's not convinient with somebody, but we are ok with it).

no kitchenette .. though there;s stove but no pots, no utensiles,,, cant even reheat food for my toddler.. no resturant around the area.. the buffet breakfast was soso...

一段難以忘懷的行程

1.飯店人員服務態度非常好，也非常專業。 2.飯店早餐相當優秀 3.有在飯店吃兩餐晚餐，分別是一樓餐廳自助餐跟到villa房的專人烹調，自助餐菜色多樣食材也相當新鮮跟多樣，個人覺得以同樣價位來看比台灣自助餐好上非常多，到房的專人烹調及專人服務BBQ餐非常好吃，且菜色多樣豐富，價格雖較貴但也還算合理，若預算有到可以考慮。 4.villa房的泳池稍小，且水溫較冷，也比較容易有雜質，可以簡單玩一下，但建議還是到飯店的大眾泳池玩，有設施有打氣機，相當不錯。 5.villa房有部分小缺陷，例如出到泳池的門有些膠條翹起或是脫落，然後泳池的木地板有些破損，稍微危險，但是瑕不掩瑜。 6.飯店距離富國大世界跟珍珠遊樂園及動物園非常近，也有免費接駁車跟私人海灘，這次我是直接住四晚，但去南邊的sunset sanato海灘跟搭纜車及一日跳島行程時距離約40分鐘及1小時車程，會建議住兩晚，另外兩晚再去中部或是南部住。

Huge apartment with private pool

Probably the biggest place we have ever rented. We were in the 3 bedroom lake apartment with private pool. The room upstairs especially was ridiculously large. The tuk tuks to take you to reception, the beach or wonderworld were only a 5 minute wait maximum. The resort is very close to Vinwonders theme park, you can actually walk (not that we did) we had a tuk tuk take us and the bus brought us back. The theme park was awesome with the kids, hardly anyone there and no waiting to get on the rides. The resort pool is lovely with a swim up bar.

Slight smell, but you got used to it once you were inside the apartment for a while. The air-conditioning was hard to control to get a cool but not freezing temperature. As the location is quite remote, it would have been nice to have a shop on the site to buy supplies rather than having to go into Grand World (markets at grand world were basically non existant and many shops closed). Reception would only accept an up front cash or card payment of a nominated amount to be able to charge things to your room at the hotel. I found this frustrating as I didn't want to have to pay international transaction fees for money that would possibly be reimbursed later without maybe a reimbursement in an international fee. All other places we stayed in Vietnam just let us charge the room and pay on checkout

Понравилось практически все. Ухоженная территория. Удобные виллы. Завтраки и буфет-ужины в Delight на отлично! Расположение отеля наилучшее. Море прекрасное

Совершенно не понравился ужин в ресторане Taras. Многие позиции меню отсутствовали. То, что выбрали, было невкусно. Больше мы туда не ходили. Не понравилось, что на пляже не было туалета. Ближайший туалет в ресторане Taras. Это далеко. Персонал смотрел на нас с удивлением. Было ощущение, что туда не принято ходить в купальниках и сланцах. Ни разу там никого не встретили. Отдыхающие на пляже справляют потребности в море??? Душ на пляже один. К нему обычно очереди. Почему бы крайнюю виллу не переоборудовать в restroom с туалетами и душевыми. Удивило то, что во время ежедневной уборки виллы, ни разу за 12 дней не убрали на террасе у личного бассейна. Много сухих листьев, цветов, муравьев. На просьбу убрать совсем не отреагировали. Матрасы для шезлонгов лежали в складской комнате. Пляжные полотенца в номер не приносят. Грязные не забирают. Логично, что если у личного бассейна есть шезлонги, значит ими будут пользоваться. Но для этого надо самим все постелить, принести с пляжа полотенца. Для купания в море нужны aquashoes, укололись шипами, после удаления которых, сильно кровит и болит место укола.

Breakfast was great and staff was exceptional.

The villas are pretty old and requires maintenance. Our first checked in villa was poorly cleaned and smelt of mold, but after informing the duty manager, we were quickly moved to another villa with a sorry platter. Bathrooms need a good scrub

Great stay right next to Vinwonders!

Great service and hospitality by the staff, everything was very efficient, from the check-in to buggy service to breakfast, all very organised. Resort was also very clean, breakfast was good with lots of variety, room was very huge and spacious! Love that it's so close to all the themepark attractions and free shuttle included. Beach was fantastic and clean waters.

The interior of the rooms looked a little aged, may need a little upgrade in the furnitures. Dinner at Taras was poor, food quality and taste could have been better.

Luxury and comfortable villa with good location for the attractions.

Very good breakfast and huge size villa with nice beach

The first night when I arrived, there was hairs(long) on the floor of bathroom, house keeping needs to clean more carefully The staffs were very very kind but they will be better to have more fluent English communication skills.

Brilliant stay - a great find!

- Very well organised hotel, comfortable and spacious villas, beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, great kids club and pool, world class gym, great food options and 24 hour room service, lovely pool bar. Don't hesitate to book!

- WiFi was patchy in our room - the hotel doesn't have a diaper changing facility. You have to go back to your room to change a baby's diaper. Very odd. They should put one in the kids club. - curtains and sofas in the villa (6530) had stains and need refreshing - had to pay extra for 'western' coffee at the breakfast buffet. Only Vietnamese coffee is included.

Красивые виллы

Персонал абсолютно не говорит по английски, не всегда помогает при обращении. На пляже почти нет зонтов и шезлонгов

Требует реновации однозначно. И работа с персоналом.

Все не понравилось! Отель грязный, старый, номера наполовину не рабочие и разломанные. Сервиса 0. На завтраках огромные толпы, сами завтраки голодным не останешься но прям очень скудные. Ни огурцов ни помидоров. В номере было грязно, шторы, стены все паутине и какашках ящериц. Не было сейфа, с душа вода затопила всю комнату была дыра. Персоналу вообще все равно. Проблемы не решают. Мы переехали в редисон спустя ночь и ни разу не пожалели.

Extremely relaxing destination with great service.

It was very clean, staff were accommodating and very helpful. The view and location was perfect for those who wants to live meters from the beach. Exceptional service in terms of driving us to and from places. Food was above average, wide selection which can cater to everyone. However, food selections for buffet should be rotated so that it doesn’t feel repetitive eating the same types of food. Also received credit during our stay which was great for those wanting to relax and enjoy in house services. Worth your money with the discount on bookings.com

That they were late with our villa when we arrived upon check in time, however, we received a gift as a form of apology. No utensils unless requested to staffs.

Property - Excellent. Food - Cold, but good Need store on property to purchase water, etc....

The breakfast had a great variety of items to eat, the only thing is everything was cold. Eggs, omelettes, bacon, french toast, etc...COLD. Taste great, but COLD. Need to find a better way to keep the food warm... The suit was OUTSTANDING!!! Need a convenient store on the property to purchase water

The Vinpearl Didn’t provide any pots and pans for us to cook our own food, a little disappointed for our family unable to cook in the villa or even warming our foods. Lack of kitchen items to be called Villa. The whole house looks luxurious with great lake view, but pool for this 4 bedroom villa is small and look cheap.

Wonderful location beach front , staff was amazing. The villa was a big disappointment for the price and a 5 star resort

Staff was polite, wonderful staff very helpful and accommodating. Best part was the staff

Accommodations were so old, dated, paint splattered on curtains, floors, base boards. Moldy sinks, furniture old and dirty, stained , the unit was so disappointing even though we had a huge ocean front villa .

Definitely will visit again to spend more days at Wonderworld Phu quoc

Amazing services from the staff, clean beddings and towels. Closely located to safari, grand world and the golf course. There were free shuttle buses from the hotel to all these places. Hotel breakfast was also amazing.

There were many foreigners at the hotel but the number of English speaking staffs were little.
