The villas are gorgeous, and the private pool was the absolute favorite spot for the kids, who had the time of their lives. What really set this resort apart were the incredible perks included with our room package, the complimentary airport transfers, VinBus access, and Safari tickets made our trip so convenient and fun. We also love it that the location is very close to Vinwonders, Grandworld and to the beach.
Coinciding with my birthday on our check-in day (September 1st), the resort surprised me with a lovely birthday cake, which was such a touching gesture. We also loved the ~USD150 property credit, which we happily used for a stunning dinner by the beach and deeply relaxing massages.
A massive shout-out to the incredible staff who made our stay unforgettable: General Manager, Mr Pham Thanh Nahn (Thank you! Your team is wonderful!), Ms. Belly at Akoya Spa, Ms. Hong Ha at The Haven Club, and Ms. Cam Nhunh (the most wonderful masseuse!). Their dedication to outstanding service truly shines.
Vinpearl Wonderworld Resort delivers wonderful hospitality, and with a small tweak to the dining layout, it would easily be a 5-star experience for all travelers!
We loved starting our mornings with the amazing breakfast spread, complete with delicious coffee and great halal/vegetarian options. That said, one area for improvement is the buffet setup: having the halal food placed right next to pork dishes felt a bit off for us. Unfortunately, we didn't touch those options out of caution, which felt wasteful and meant we missed out on trying local specialties like the halal pho. We kindly recommend that the resort introduce a dedicated, separate section for halal food to better accommodate Muslim guests.

Property was good and accessible location
Very old furnitures and room smelled too old
And staff didn’t clean the rooms and dustbins and after multiple calls made they still haven’t done it completely.
Towels were not changed and replaced and toilet flush were not working

The spacious rooms.
Hotel failed to provide a safe place for its guests. A cracked tile on the bottom of the private pool caused an injury. Hotel were informed accordingly and was fixed the same day. Hotel staff were helpful in terms of dressing and treating the injury etc.
