The villa was huge and beautiful . Loved having the private pool
I didn’t like it had a full kitchen with nothing to use but the fridge . No cutlery , could not heat up any food . But had a stove top .

The good. Large apartment, big swimming pool, large breakfast selection. Close to Ganh Dau if you want to get off the tourist traps. Staff were great.
The Bad. Photos on site were taken when everything was new probably. Upon checking in the facade cracks quickly. There is a kitchen with ZERO utensils. Cannot even eat the noodles in the snack bar. Two of the TV's were non functioning. To their credit they fixed them quickly.
The place is falling apart as in the attached photos. Also poses a safety risk. Warped decking in the swimming pool that you can stub your toes on or simply fall through (yes they bend that much when stepped on).
The beach in front of the Ibiza bar is full of bricks in the water. Again.. stubbed toes or cuts on your feet..
Repairs seem to be a quick slap of a paint coat, grout is done badly etc.. which fails to deliver the five star feeling you would expect.

I honestly loved everything about the resort, from how beautiful and peaceful the place was, to the breakfast buffet (especially having good halal options), but what really made the stay special was how genuinely kind and lovely everyone was❤️
The only thing I didn’t really like was getting from the main lobby to the villa, sometimes we had to wait just a minute, but on other days it could take a bit longer
