The location is fabulous. Direct beach access. The beach is clean and beautiful. The property is amidst nature. Truly relaxing and peaceful. Mr. Kyle who hosted us was very helpful and polite. The entire staff is very friendly and sweet.

The location is absolutely stunning, the beach was clean for the most part, and being so close to nature was nice. The staff upgraded our room and folded towel swans for a special occasion we were celebrating which was very kind. Kyle also went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, even checking in on us and offering medicine when we got sick from travel. The breakfast spread was nice!
I understand being close to nature means being close to nature, but our room had an ant problem, if food was around a swarm would show up, we also had cockroaches, the toilet didn't work initially, the bath tub took hours to fill and there was very little warm water, after house keeping would come thru there would still be sand on the floor and in the sheets. The lobby was very far from some of the rooms and required an electric buggy to get to and from. Sometimes you would wait 20-30 minutes for a buggy to arrive and take the bumpy ride back to the lobby. Our room had a few electrical issues too with the lights flickering on and off in the middle of the night.
There also was an employee (Viktor)I was kind and friendly towards (as I try to be with all service workers), it was normal banter the first few days but afterwards I felt like he was making advances towards me, always trying to touch my back and my arms. It made me very very uncomfortable.
