El piso estaba muy bien, espacioso y si te gusta la zona de Notting Hill, está a escasos minutos del mercado de Portobello. La cocina estaba bien equipada con horno y congelador, la televisión moderna con acceso a netflix, e incluso me enviaron una cafetera porque la que había cuando llegué no funcionaba. Recomendaría el piso para estancias largas, aunque creo que le hace falta renovar algunos detalles. Pero yo diría que la estancia muy bien en general.
Quizás haría falta renovar algunas cosas, por ejemplo los utensilios de cocina (la sartén era tan vieja que no se podía cocinar con ella y tuve que comprarme una), el diván del salón totalmente anticuado, la chimenea llena de basura (discos de algodón usados, cartones... que tuve que vaciar).

Its in a convenient location, the flat was super well equipped and very homely. Staff on arrival were helpful and had pre-heated the flat which was cool as I arrived very late at night. The staff at the management company were pretty efficient and helpful.
There was some confusion on the check-out procedure but it was sorted out. Not being able to checkin / checkout with a keylock or similar was a hassle. The communication with the management company was quick but the overall procedures were not always clear. The 50£ charge for late check in is a bit excessive.

Location is excellent, near the Underground and buses, and walking distance to Portobello Street. Apartment is lovely, and lots of light. Bathroom is spacious, which is rare in London. Apartment is on the 1st floor, so quite private. Good TV system with Roku.
Communicating with the management team was quite difficult. Each conversation directed to a different agent who seemed to lose context of the previous conversation, which led to a fair amount of confusion checking and checking out. We also reached out about an issue in the apartment that needed urgent attention but were left waiting and saw a lack of urgency from the management team.
The apartment would also benefit from reducing the amount/size of the furniture. We didn't see a toaster.
