Location is good because opposite airport, unless you want to be in the centre. There's a shuttle to the airport also. Room size is good and bed very comfortable. Check in and check out we're both very fast and efficient.
I've stayed at this hotel about 5 times and I feel the service levels are going down. They are very stingy with toilet rolls so had to call down to get another one. It took 2 calls and over 30 mins of waiting. I ordered some ice for a drink but that never arrived. I didn't bother to call a second time because I had already finished the drink. I woke up on the second morning with a very stinky bathroom. Smelt like the drains were blocked, it did go away later in the morning. Finally the strip under the main door was missing meaning light would come in at night from the corridor. Not a big problem but shows that things aren't getting maintained. Finally the carpark can be a big pain for guests. There can be big events which fill up the car park and make it harder for guests to park. The automated barrier to leave the carpark is very slow and if you get 3 or 4 cars in front then expect a long wait.
