Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Kurze Entfernung zur Promenade und zur Fußgängerzone. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Es hat an Nichts gefehlt.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in der Lage und in der Aufteilung sehr gut geeignet für einen Familienausflug an die schöne Binzer Bucht. Der Pool hat der ganzen Familie gefallen und die Sauna war einfach ein krönender Abschluss nach einem erholsamen Tag in Binz. Abends nach der Sauna auf einer der zwei Terrassen die Sterne zu betrachten mit den Rufen der Möwen im Ohr war einfach unbezahlbar. Die Ferienwohnung hat unser Erwartungen erfüllt und sogar übertroffen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.
Die Sauberkeit bei der Anreise könnte noch etwas besser sein. Die Medien Technik (TV + HIFI + Blueray) könnte etwas moderner bzw. funktionsfähiger sein. Zum Beispiel mit smart TV Funktion und ein HomePod.
