CLEAN BED GUARANTEE All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. WHAT WE STOCK As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation. SPECIAL NOTES * Must be 25 or older to rent this property. * No pets allowed. * Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security. No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed. * No smoking allowed. Why trust us with your vacation? We truly care about guest satisfaction and happiness. We go above and beyond to make sure your vacation is as perfect as possible. Awesome time with family. Property was wonderful. Kitchen was beautiful and very well stocked with any tool or appliance you needed. The decor was spot on! Very lovely! Only complaint was the primary bedroom mattress was very worn, needed to be replaced. Felt like I was sleeping in a ditch! Grate Room furniture needs clean or replaced, it was very worn and dirty. But, over all our time there was wonderful! Thank you for sharing with us.

Our stay at this beautiful property was everything that the pictures show! We are so happy that we chose the Phoenix 2 for our families stay in Perdido Key. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had and the check in and out process was very simple and easy. The kitchen was equipped with anything you may need to prepare a meal, the place was clean, the rooms were great and the balcony was our favorite spot to be. Be sure to bring extra paper towels, garbage bags, and any extra dishwasher and laundry soap as you will go through the small supply given by the host very quickly. We are already planning another stay at this property!

This condo was SO beautiful and perfect for my girl’s trip! The condo is very clean and everything is newly renovated and so so nice. The complex was gorgeous, the pool and beach were amazing. The customer service was FABULOUS. They were always so friendly and quick to respond. We cannot wait to come back here! It felt like a luxury vacay!

Very beautiful condo with everything you would need. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. We enjoyed mini-golf, the Track, XIT Escape rooms and several restaurants! Loved the pool and beach! Missed the sending of access code, which held us up quite a bit and caused impatient family!

Publix is right up the road, and convenient to local restaurants. The only thing not included in the description was a parking fee. However, there was a 24 hour number to text before and while we were there to help with any questions. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

So comfortable and spacious. The pools were great for the younger kids. The adults walked down to the beach day and night, it was amazing. One night we got caught in the pouring rain on the beach in the middle of the night. I don't know how many people would really like that but we were mezmorized. It was so beautiful.

The bedding was not as comfortable as most places. The noise was ridiculous, especially at night. Loud hammering two nights in a row kept us up. Dishwasher didn’t work properly but all other accommodations worked very well- especially internet! There should be more security on premises as the slide was never monitored and quickly became overrun with misbehaving teens. Also there was only 1 hot tub - which was broken- most Phoenix have more.
